Price quality, location to the center is far 1.5 hours by metro

The room facing the main road is full of traffic, so noisy all night that I can't sleep. I can't live!

The hotel is very dirty. First of all the whole hotel should be renovated. The morning tea was not drinkable at all, the corridors were not cleaned during our stay. I don't see any need for other guests. staff was not friendly

The hygiene and friendliness are lacking. We had booked a suite room with jacuzzi. When we entered our room we immediately smelled a cigarette smell. All the suite rooms turned out to be smoking rooms. The bathroom was not clean. In the corners you could see dirt and the edges and corners of the jacuzzi were filthy. We reported this to the reception and asked for cleaning. They indicated that they would take care of this and when we returned to our room in the evening, we saw that nothing had been cleaned. Soap residue at the sink and nothing had been cleaned at all, still a dirty floor with dirt. Only the towels had been replaced. The breakfast room was very noisy and not tidy. There were many people sitting there looking sloppy with slippers. Not what you expect from such a large and 'luxurious' hotel. Really not recommended!

I had a perfect stay, I came for a seminar. The sheets were clean, the breakfast was very nice, even though I couldn't go into the Turkish bath section, I looked at it, I liked it very much and it was clean, the staff was very attentive, I say it's a perfect hotel with an affordable price.

The best price / performance hotel in the Florya region. Dogukan Bey is a caring manager who solves any minor problems that may arise at the hotel in the shortest time possible. I have recommended it many times and have never regretted it. I will prefer it on my next trip to Istanbul.
