An upgraded hotel with clean and comfortable bathrooms. Quite spacious parking. Delicious food. The location is by the Terengganu River and you can see the view of the bridge, river and kuala from the hotel room. Very beautiful. Close to a food court that sells a variety of food and drinks at night.

Hi our family was enjoy the holiday. Place just nice with river view plus sahur hantar terus ke bilik.

Nice environment and friendly staff. Breakfast included and tasted good.

This hotel have high potential because of the location. But sadly, its like rundown. Not properly managed. Staff very excellent service. As i need their services. I hope management can repairs and make hotel look better in future

Beware on ur bed, 2 night can't sleep because of this..

Good location with near chinatown Nice river view at restaurant To be honest (at terengganu is a best choice)

Booking for two nights room. The room is quite spacious but the carpet inside the room is smelly. The room is facing the roadside. The amenities in the bathroom is quite bad. No toothbrush and toothpaste been provided although stated that it can be provided by calling to the housekeeping. The sound of people chatting and talking from nearby room clearly penetrated to my room and is annoying.

The hotel is rundown n poorly maintained. Cockroach found on the bed. The air is very still in the room.

Everything was fine but the room service (cleaning service in the room) could be improved as some workers did not put in any effort into making the bed. 10th floor also has a very strong smoking smell outside the rooms which was quite unpleasant. Breakfast was still acceptable. Overall a 6.5/10 experience.

Very bad experience, the room is smelly, the air conditioner is not cooling well and the sound is terrible. The mattress is not comfortable. Not worth for price. Will not recommend to next trip.

The hotel operator need tomske good all the toilet bidet which leak resulting the bathroom floor wet, and slippery. On the same note, the water pressure is very low.

The only nice thing about this hotel for me is the seaview of Kuala Terengganu. Beside that, the rooms is average with old deco, the Aircond is old and noisy, the buffet breakfast spread is less, and it doesn't have any pool or gym for children entertainment. Location is also quite far from city by walking distance. If want to be near everything, I suggest to find hotels in the Ladang Tanjung area near to attractions.
