We booked family plus room. It is nice room but i dont realize that the room has no window so it is quite dark when no light is on. But the room has 2 toilets so it is good so everyone can have their own sweet time when you have big family. Since our room has no window n view we go to seventh floor where we can see drawbridge view in small room. They also offer breakfast with reasonable price n variety food but i dont get to taste rhe breakfast. The parking is quite a lot n i think enough to accomodate all guest and there is spotlight in parking area. They also provide iron station, water filter and vending machine. On Clealiness , the toilet need some extra deep cleaning and the quilt has some stain. Overall nice location, helpful staff. In front of the hotel, there is small cafe too.

Our suite room was big enough for 4 of us to stay but amenities provided were not sufficient. We asked for extras they happily provided us in a minute. Excellent room service! Something special from this hotel. They have a small nice room on the top floor for viewing the Draw Bridge. Excess free for all guests. This is bonus.

Stayed at DJ Citi Plaza in KT for a business trip — it’s a new hotel with very reasonable pricing. The internet connection was fast and stable, perfect for MST calls. Overall, a comfortable and convenient stay for work-related travel. Would recommend for business travelers.

The location was perfect — close to shops, restaurants, and major attractions. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of options, and the service was top-notch. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. I will definitely return on my next visit!

Rooms & toilet are clean. Staff are responsive to our needs. Location is good, In town centre. Better to have a car to go about, cheapest is rm80 a day from airport car rental providers. Room service protocol: No service unless you request by depressing the RS Button on the wall. Meaning, coffee sachets and water bottles get no replacements if you don’t request. Hassle of using watsapp to communicate your requests although they are generally very responsive and polite.

The hotel seems newly renovated. Very clean. Iron & ironing board is available at the corner of each level. Unobstructed view of the sea & drawbridge. Parking can be limited especially at night. Free coffee & tea as welcoming drinks & also every morning.

Received WhatsApp from hotel to remind us about checking time. Got a view of The Drawbridge on top floor. Room is clean. No deposit required.

We stayed here for just one night during the Raya season. Although it was a short stay, it was a pleasant one. There were ample parking spaces available, which made things very convenient. The room was clean and comfortable, and the highlight was definitely the amazing sea view and we could even see the iconic Angkat Bridge from our window. The staff were friendly and helpful, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Overall, a nice and relaxing stopover.

The hotel is very comfortable for our family, highly recommended and the hotel is in the middle of the city, very convenient if you want to walk around and see the view or find food, it's easy, there are many shops and Lastly parking is so easy to find next to the hotel

I chose this hotel because the hotel i usually booked was fully occupied. Location wise in town, but no quite central. I am happy they fulfilled my request for upper floors with a nice view. My room  was at the 6th and we had beautiful drawbridge view. Room was very clean with basic amenities. Pros:  - Modern design, clean room -  Beautiful view -  Cantek Sekali cafe is just across the street. Must try! - Friendly staff. Thank you for capturing nice photos of us :) - Complimentary caramel salted cofee/ teh tarik for certain time at lounge area Cons: - Limited parking on first come first serve basis - OKU parking was misused by guests because of the lack of parking space - No hair dryer - No TV channel, unless you have your own Netflix account and etc.  - No breakfast. They literally have no kitchen. You have to plan your meals. - Location can be a bit confusing
