recently stayed at this property and had a fantastic experience. The location is perfect, as it is very close to Alor Star, which offers a wide variety of delicious food options. Whether you're craving local cuisine or international dishes, there's something for everyone nearby. The accommodation itself was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and always ready to assist with any requests. It was evident that guest satisfaction is a priority here. If you're looking for a convenient place to stay with easy access to Alor Star's vibrant food scene, I highly recommend this property. I will definitely be returning for my next trip!

Its great for families as the bed is big enough for 2 adults and 1 toddler! The toilet is spacious too so its easy to shower the little one. Plenty of space to put things around as shown in the picture. Even has a small sofa for the kids to sit on when we were packing. Great hotel! Great staff at the reception and housekeeping was thorough :)

I was initially concerned about staying at this hotel after reading reviews mentioning cleanliness issues. However, my experience turned out to be pleasant and even exceeded my expectations. While it’s true that there was some mold in the corners of the room and bathroom as noted by others, it didn’t bother me much. Soundproofing could also be better as I occasionally heard chairs being dragged upstairs and doors slamming in the hallway, but these noises were infrequent and didn’t disrupt my stay. On the bright side, the room and bathroom smelled fresh. The towels and bed sheets provided were clean and fresh, though some had minor old stains. The sofa pillow do had a slight odor though so I avoided that. The bed was also comfortable, and I slept very well throughout my stay. The shower’s water pressure and temperature were excellent and the hotel staff was friendly too! The standout feature of this hotel is its fantastic location. It’s within walking distance of many popular tourist spots like Jalan Alor Food Street, Chinatown, TRX Mall, and Pavilion, making it incredibly convenient. The breakfast was also pretty decent, offering a decent spread with an egg-cooking station, dim sum, nasi lemak, roti canai, fresh fruits, and pastries. Overall, my stay was enjoyable, and the convenience and comfort outweighed the minor flaws.

Everything is ok but may need to improve on the cleanliness. The pillow freshness need to improve. We had a room with a balcony, view was good but it looked like it has not been cleaned in days or weeks ( you have small tiny weeds growing out of the edge of the balcony) Apart from that good stay and excellent location. Good sound proof as well.

Checked in to this hotel because of the event I attended at their function hall. The location is great with a lot of eateries nearby.

They were kind to help upgrade our rooms to connecting rooms.

I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of this hotel considering the price paid. It was clean, the room was spacious (unlike the modern ones which cramp everything into a small space). The hotel seems to be really popular with tour groups so the lobby is always buzzing, but that's not a bad thing. I didn't get a package with breakfast so cannot comment. There is a small pool in the hotel that wasn't busy. I docked a star off for location as, while it is a stone's throw from the lovely Jalan Alor food street and a little further afield Bukit Bintang, there is no monorail / metro station nearby - the nearest being Bukit Bintang or Hang Tuah, which is still a good 8 to 10 mins walk. However, Grabs are aplenty and affordable so that shouldn't be an issue for most.

The hotel location was great. It just opposite Alor St and around 15 mins walk to Pavilion shopping mall. The hotel room was fine, but the bathroom odour was very bad. The carpark fee can be waived, just need to tell the receptionist. The staffs all are very friendly and helpful.

Hotel very near to Alor street and many convenience stores nearby. The bed is comfort and hygiene is ok. The furniture seems old, if renovate or renew it would be a better improvement.

Free upgrade to Suite as staff mentioned my original room is fully booked. I m glad that I have chance to stay in this spacious and nice room!!! Happy to share all this picture to those needed❤️❤️👌🏻👍👍

A good choices for travellers to Kuala Lumpur. Delicious breakfast provided and fantastic swimming pool and gymnasium. Kids friendly hotel

I had a nice stay at the Swiss Garden Hotel and would recommend it to others seeking a comfortable accommodation with friendly staff and good food options.
