Stay 1 night for a business trip. Great location ! Walking distance to Jalan Alor where you can find lots of food & massage here. Downside, there is no lift from the car park to the lobby. As a 4 star hotel standard, amenities should be improved better. 1st, room doesn't have towels have ask from house keeping send to the room, 2nd, the pillow case not cleaned, 3rd the kettle is rusting

I had a wonderful stay at Swiss Garden Bukit Bintang. The hotel is very comfortable and clean, with a cozy and well-maintained room. The toilet was spotless, and the overall ambiance made the stay truly enjoyable. One of the best things about this hotel is its location — it's very close to shops, restaurants, and popular attractions. It's definitely a hotspot for tourists, making it a convenient place to stay whether you're in Kuala Lumpur for shopping, sightseeing, or food hunting. The receptionist was extremely friendly and helpful throughout the stay, which made the experience even better. Breakfast was great with a good variety of food to choose from. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Kuala Lumpur. You won’t be disappointed!

Clean room and bedroom! The shampoo provided is really nice, love the peppermint smells. Had their bread buffet, not many choice but overall the food is nice and tasty. Will come for second stay. Walking to Stadium Merdeka for concert, not a problem. Good!

The staff was nice, but cleaning should be much better. I had to call housekeeping to replace bedsheets and towels as it was really dirty. Also the room itself looked like it's not cleaned properly: dust in the corners, some dirty spots. The windows were very dirty too. Also I'd booked the same room type as my colleagues, but got a room on the 4th floor, while they got 15th with great views.

Clean. Very good service. Variety of breakfast. Near at attractive places. Very busy road.

The location is awesome, walking distance to Bukit Bintang, but if you take Monorel train and alight from Imbi station, have to jaywalk abit to cross the road when walking to hotel. Otherwise I would want to comeback and stay at Swiss garden hotel for my next KL visit.

It was my first visit to Malaysia, i loved the location of the hotel as it was not so close to the tourist areas, however, i found the rooms to have not much lighting, lights were too dim, it was very difficult to put on makeup or cleanse your face. When i first got to the hotel, i requested for clean towels as there were no towels in the room, only 2 facecloths i asked the male cleaner & showed them to him & he lied that the hotel has no hand towels, i left to go out, someone came into the room however if it was the cleaner, i could not understand why they came into the room, only the towel on the floor was taken, no new towels were given, my spectacles were folded, which i dont do which was weird as i put the do not disturb sign on the door, i got a fright & quickly opened the safe to check if my stuff was still there, so i asked the front desk not to allow them to clean the next day if i am not there, however still someone came in, & pretended to be cleaning but i took clean towels & gave in the dirty ones before i left & he/she put an extra roll of toilet paper despite there being an extra one, although i put the do not disturb sign on the door. Also the rooms are not sound i could here noises in the corridor & the next room.

Very good hotel except it's a little bit far from from tourist areas like bukit bintang. Sfaff is very kind and helpful, and my room was clean. Breakfast was good. People from buffet breakfast and room service are very nice. The only negative was my opposite room guests. 2 rooms were very noisy at midnight guests opened the television music was very loud. I request the hotel to put a sign board of ' keeping quiet' people lives and different styles of lives. I sleep at 10 pm. Otherwise I recommend this hotel

It located at the centre of the city. Nearby has a lot of restaurant and need not to worry about hungry during midnight.
