Disappointing Stay – This Hotel Doesn’t Deserve an 8.0 Rating Booked 2 rooms for my mum, my girlfriend, and me. We checked in at 2am due to coach delay, exhausted. We didn’t check the rooms thoroughly until the next morning. My mum complained about itchiness at night. Her bed had black specks, hair, and unclean linen. Mine had a visible blood stain. I reported this along with a faulty air-conditioning system and non-functioning phone to the front desk at 8am. We returned to the hotel at 4pm — nothing had been cleaned, even though the “make up room” sign was left. Someone had entered my room and turned on the AC, although we only had one card. This was worrying. Then I noticed everything: Phone didn’t work TV remote faulty Hot water took 5 mins to heat up No slippers Moldy, cracked bathroom tiles Towels were old and stained I complained again at 6pm. At 8pm, the manager said he "fixed" everything except the hot water (low pressure) and AC (room facing sun). These excuses were unacceptable. He offered to change rooms, but only to a lower level — not an option since I was traveling with my elderly mum and wanted to stay on the same floor. Honestly, this hotel was a complete letdown. I urge Trip.com to review its rating system and revoke any certificate displayed in this hotel. It's misleading and unearned. Do not recommend. Holiday felt spoiled as we can't rest in comfort.

Very comfort bed and nice environment will come again

The hotel’s in a good spot if you’re looking for nearby restaurants, but there’s no MRT or LRT close by, so we had to use Bolt most of the time. We ended up switching rooms three times—first, the toilet wouldn’t flush properly, then the second room’s AC wasn’t cooling, and the third had a dusty AC. On the bright side, the staff were really responsive and helpful. They gave us free water daily (sometimes you just have to ask), and housekeeping came by every day with fresh towels and even new toothbrushes.

It’s clean and neat. The bed is big enough!

The hotel over rall is good and the service is standard as usual. The cleanliness is acceptable.

Very nice location. Need to pay 200 Ringit for deposit. Clean room, friendly and helpful reception. Easy to check in and check out.

Could really not complain because its really cheap but I feel like it can do better. The room felt it wasn’t clean particularly the CR. Its not that bad, but I don’t they can maybe spray some air freshener or maybe scrub the tiles. Also the exhaust fan was noisy. Like, worrying noisy I felt its going to explode.

This hotel is suitable just for one day. Deficiency: -The room smelled bad. I had to change rooms twice — the first room had a moldy smell, and the second smelled like cigarette smoke. -The soundproofing is poor — you can hear people walking in the corridor, kids screaming, and others talking on the phone. -Found the previous customer's underwear in the kitchen and immediately notified the staff to take it away. Merit: -There is a parking lot in front, but only a few spaces are available. -The staff are friendly and very patient. -Located near ICC Pudu.

I really enjoy staying. The hotel services were very good. The hotel staffs were friendly. I will definitly recommended to ally friends.

Book 2 superior twin room for my friends as they had dinner at ICC Pudu, good location, within walking distance to HXC 👍

The room was not really same as in the picture, the amenities are not really good
