The TV is not working,the lift was not working,poor toilet,no place to hang your clothes in the toilet,not quite happy with the room,the phone even also not working…please refer photo…thanks…

The hotel is comfortable and located in the middle of the city, the receptionist was really friendly and polite. Enjoyed my stay here, will book again when we visit KL.

1. Friendly staff and clean room / hotel and good location- excellent! 2. I did not get the loft as booked bcoz claimed “rosak” buat was upgraded to a room with a window. 3. TV had only 4 channels,2 coloured and 2 black n white with the other 2, the others were either had to be “subscribed” or none tuned. Need to ensure st least local channels are available 4. coffee tea only available upon request- did not know and was not advised by counter- reception should inform guest during check in 5. Only had 1 rubbish bin- need to have at least 2; one in room and 1 in toilet. 6. Room was smaller then expected. 7. Aircond was not that cold even after running it at 19degrees. - perhaps requires service

Had a good clean stay at Mesui hotel. location of hotel is great within walking distance from pavilion and jalan alor

It is neat and tidy room. It is big enough for two people. The smell is good. It's also a quiet room.

Susah parking.Sangat limited..Small room.Jauh sari kedai makan halal.Just ada kedai mamak sahaja

Enjoyed my stay at the Mesui Hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is close to the entertainment area of Bukit Bintang. Also close to public transport options any restaurants. There’s a common work space available and a coffee shop in the property.

Location is quite good. 10min walk from pavilion and bukit bintang train station. Aside from that, there is a cafe by the lobby that serves solid decent latte. There are other pizza restaurant and bars nearby. I came in at 5am in the morning and even though check in is not available, they were able to assist me in keeping my baggage. By 1 pm when they have available rooms, they were able to check me in early at no additional charge. Very helpful service staff.

Recommended for travelers because its near to bukit bintang. You can just walk to bukit bintang in 5 minutes. Also near public transport, mrt bukit bintang. There is a coffee shop at the lobby. The room is very nice and comfortable to stay. The iron cannot be used at the first place and I told the lobby staff and then she send to my room the another one. All staff so helpful and friendly.
