Overall is great hotel for family but a lot of noise when moving the chair on dining area. Mainly because this room don’t have the carpet on floor.

Hotel is conveniently located near the pavilion shopping mall and the trx shopping mall. This building is shared among different owners hence some rooms may be under dorsett and others under different property but rooms under dorsett come with friendly housekeeping and also daily top up of drinking water, coffee and tea. Parking is next door at the dorsett kuala Lumpur property and is chargeable at rm11 per day, multiple exit. Or you can choose rm30 for valet parking per exit.

2 bedroom apartment, each room has a bathroom, very comfortable, cold air conditioning, hot water, very comfortable for bathing, clean and cleaned every day

Love this apartment. The housekeeping guy is very helpful and forthcoming. The apartment is well equipped and good space. Only the TV is not working well. It cannot be switched off. It will turned on by itself even after u switched it off unless we turned off the PowerPoint. For this apartment, need to check in at Dorsett Hotel reception and pay parking charges RM11 per day with multiple entries. Cut off time 3pm daily.

We had a great time with Dorsett.

The location is quite good, walking distance to pavilion mall and also easy to get surroundings food. Everything is quite good, but the only thing I feel quite disappointed and angry about is the staff who working in the restaurant - fried the egg ( morning/ buffet for breakfast), I can’t see the name tag since his name tag not tagged as well, service so rude.

Actually the hotel is nice but is need to be cleaning abit more.

The front desk Syarif was excellent in his customer service. He made my solo stay there a very comfortable one tks ! Tip: better to stay at hotel side

We booked a 2-bedroom apt suite for 3D2N. The suite was clean and spacious. Everything was good except housekeeping replaced our faulty hairdryer only on 2nd night (though we called twice to remind them on 1st night).

Great Hotel in the heart or the city, got a room with Twin tower view, rooms are spacious and balcony was the main Usp, my kids had great fun in the pool which is on the roof top, getting food delivery was easy, staff were helpful and understanding. Will surely recommend ahead.

We had a wonderful stay at Dorsett Residences Bukit Bintang! Despite the hotel being a bit older, it is exceptionally clean and well-maintained. The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of the city, within walking distance to major malls, restaurants, and tourist attractions. It made exploring Kuala Lumpur so convenient, especially with two little kids in tow. Service was top-notch, with a quick and seamless check-in and check-out process. A special mention to Suboj, the cleaner, who was incredibly helpful. He assisted us with our luggage, which was a huge help as we were traveling with young children. His kindness and attentiveness truly made a difference in our stay. Overall, if you’re looking for a clean, well-located, and family-friendly place to stay in Bukit Bintang with great service, Dorsett Residences is a fantastic choice! Would definitely stay here again.
