Great customer service by the owner, once u make the booking, they will just Whatssap to your number and inform for the procedure, however they request you to make RM200 deposit..

No Effective WI-FI: Wi-Fi made to work only on small gadgets. Had an online exam; couldn’t do it. If you wish to work while traveling; this is not the place/host for you. Iron and hair dryer: not effective, cheap and useless. No power. Room: smaller than we imagined. Positive: washing machine and the food market in the opposite side of the road. OVERALL: BAD HOSTING; host doesn’t answer the messages and leaves you hanging. No professionalism, no honesty about the WI-FI. The property (Millerz) itself is beautiful outside and has a piano and a good pool. Probably a great place if hosted by good hosts, BUT NOT I WAS EXTREMELY UNHAPPY WITH THIS ONE.

The place itself is nice and the environment is pleasant. However, the hotel management (millerz square premium) was extremely disappointing. They only accept bank transfer for the deposit, and while they were quick to collect it, they were very slow to return it. It has been more than 7 days and I still haven’t received my refund. I had to reach out to Trip.com customer service for assistance. Honestly, this kind of service is unacceptable. Even though the surroundings are great, I would not stay here again unless the hotel improves its management and refund policy. I would advise future guests to be cautious, especially if you are expecting a smooth check-out and refund process.

The owner not inform me about his refund policies but now they excuse due to Chinese new year all the staff on holiday and the refund take 7 to 14 days It's really make me fade up about the worst service they given

great location with a lot of great foods just 1 minute walk. good coffee house, Japanese and other great local foods around and best place as free transpotation to Mid Valley. the union is good size, gym room and swimming pool with great view. great price and i will return again.

Cleanliness was good. All of the amenities was good tho but the shower water pressure was too slow, and i think theres a problem too cause loose the shower keep falling.

Room very noisy can listen next room open door sounds, the toilet design very good no Hooks for customers to hang clothes after showering , Management services very bad, and deposit have too transfer to theme after check out refund to customer hold customer money so long!!!! If customer want refund deposit have to ask them to do not check out automatic to do, very suck very bad service!!! Not recommend to go this hotel !!!!

Good place for stay cation and nearby got many stalls for the local foods.

Cleaning need to be improve and deposit should consider cancel it.
