The Bed Bukit Bintang – Capsule Hotel Reviews

We were surprised to find it located inside the Fahrenheit 88 mall, in the heart of the buzzing area of Pavillion Bukit Bintang. Indeed, the hotel goes by its name. We had one king-sized bed inside the room, and all amenities were outside the room. Shared bath space, full amenities. Helpful front desk staff. Love the common area where you could see (and meet) other guests. Overall, I love the feels. Not the traditional hotel where you lock yourself up in your room. Would definitely recommend and stay again on my next malaysia trip.

A great location, there is a swimming pool, good environment and new facilities. But! It’s no possible to sleep, I stayed for 2 night and every night I slept max 4 hours, because somebody always check in or check out, very very bad soundproofing! And breakfast was very meager and tasteless, It's better not to count on it. It's better not to count on it. I also didn't like that the staff doesn't monitor the food replenishment. If you come late you won't get anything.

Very well located in the area of shopping malls. Lots of food options and shopping. Next to train station. Very clean accommodation and hardworking friendly staff around. Very basic breakfast on rotation. Sufficient to start the day. But how i wish the blinders could not see through. All in all, may consider staying again. It is a great option!

Good location, staff are pretty unfriendly. You pay for breakfast but there’s someone watching you at all times so you feel awkward eating or grabbing more. There’s cameras in the women’s only dorm and absolutely no privacy.

the best decision to stay here

Have been staying here for few times. It's located at a very strategic location where MRT and Monorail are just in walking distance as well as big shopping mall like Pavillion Bukit Bintang and Starhill.

I had a wonderful time during my stay. Definitely recommend. Locations is great. Staffs are nice. Also provide light breakfast. Rooms are clean. Only things that I don’t like is that sometimes the lady house keeper can get into men shower room. that was kinda awkward cause I was naked

Check in process: Smooth but be prepared to have lot of cash since they require rm50 per person for security deposit. Shoe storage: This capsule hotel enforced guests to keep their shoes in the locker and changed to slippers. Our locker (for studio room of 4) is located high in the ceiling and was veryy small to put in 4 sneakers together which end up one of our friend has to carry the sneaker in room. Please provide 2 closet for studio room and please invest in odor/sanitize the shoe storage frequently as the smell is really overwhelming. House rule: Cannot eat and drink in the room, which is fine by us. Room: Spacious can accommodated the 4 of us and our luggages, but has no dustbin. Our rest during night were confortable but sound from people talking at 3am outside our room(by the pool) were loud. Have to make the room soundproofed. Amenities: They gave towel, toothbrush n paste to guest. Have an adequate area for dining and can refill water. Have a iron and iron board inside the women wash area (dont know about gents). Got pool also which is a plus point for cooling of during this hot season/ hang out at the area. Cleanliness: Room is cleaned but some dust can be seen on the bed. Shared toilet is another problem. Some people are not civilized enough to flush out after going into the toilet, so this is the drawback of this hotel. Shower and surau were super cleaned. Got hairdryer and hairstraighter too. Location: Located at 5th floor of Fahrenhiet88 by the side of road, thing is, this hotel lif was shared with guests from Fahrenheit Suites so had to wait for a while during peak hour (check in, check out, 9-10pm). Overall, i am satisfied by the location and may repeat this hotel if there is promotion. Thank you.

I love how clean the hotel is! I feel calm when I stay here and would like to repeat the stay next time!
