N Hotel by Noshi

It's close to the airport, so you can easily walk there even if you arrive late.

The hotel is modern and could offer a good stay . But air conditioning was not working (only fixed at midnight) and the room windows do not open. So stifling hot, only one light out of 3 was working in the bathroom, so you could barely see. And the safe was not working. Reception were advised but they seemed overwhelmed . Maybe I was just unlucky

Overall okay but needs better AC Stayed for just one night before an early flight out of Tirana the next day. We booked it as it was one of the cheapest, but I think it’s expensive for what you get and looking back I would’ve paid more and gone for the Best Western next time to be honest. The positives are friendly staff, free parking, room was clean and spacious with smart TVs and breakfast included. Downsides were the AC does not go high enough and we were very very hot in the room (no option to set the temperature yourself). They also charge a 1% fee on all card transactions, and we had spent all of our cash up to that point thinking the hotel would accept card without a problem. Additionally, they wouldn’t start a tab for us or put items on the room so we could pay in a lump fee at checkout, instead required us to pay every individual transaction which required the 1% fee. Not a huge deal but an inconvenience no less. Otherwise it is close to the airport, about a 5-7 minute walk down a fairly busy airport road. Again staff are very nice. Overall no major complaints just was expensive for a fairly basic hotel and in the heat of the summer we would have been more comfortable in one of the slightly more expensive hotels near the airport that had a pool and probably better AC.
