Vasken/avløp var nesten tett. Ga beskjed i resepsjonen som skulle sende teknisk, men det ble ikke fikset.
Fikk også feil info om frokost tidspunkt.

We were passing the area. The hotel on the road had no room anymore. We decided to get on to the top of the mountain to this resort style hotel. We were surprised by the quality of the hotel. Recommended

A nice place with a great view, but be aware of their arrogance if you complain about anything. Staff is mostly unprofessional younger people without proper training in how to provide customer service. I complained about something unsatisfactory during lunch (scrambled eggs made from powder) and they told me I was wrong. We were on a business trip, and many of us reacted that they actually pulled this kind of cheap trick, and then denied it. Also, they will start hammering on your door 1 hour before checkout, and evenenter your room (saying "oh, excuse me"). Planned disrespectful behaviour. I cannot recommend this hotel. Go elswhere.

A beautiful hotel located in a very pretty area, next to a small lake. The kitchen is perfect, each and every meal we had was delicious. There is an amazing swimming pool, perfect for both grown ups and kids. The staff was very kind and helpful during our stay.

Kamers werden niet schoongemaakt, ook niet na 2x melden! Waardoor we ook géén schone handdoeken hadden. Douche was veel té klein, wisselende temperatuur van het water, deur knoepte er zowat uit. Wasbakputje erg vies! Uitzicht van de kamer was vreselijk, keken tegen droog gras aan en paardenmest en de andere sombere kamers! Activiteiten; kanoverhuur op een klein meertje. Fietsverhuur; er was niemand die ons te woord kon staan en online kwamen we er niet uit. Bedragen vreselijk duur: €215 voor een dag fietsen huren met 4 pers. Zwembadkluisjes werkten niet, pasjes moest je meenemen naar zwembad en kon je nergens opbergen. Het is ook geen hotel voor in de zomer, er is niks te doen. Je moet elke dag van de berg af om iets te kunnen ondernemen, dit kost je ook elke keer tol!

Fint sted, men veldig overpriset. Helt utrolig at en helg på fjellet ødelegges med voldsom musikk fra hotellets afterski i en teltlavo med kun en håndfull mennesker. Full trøkk på anlegget frem til kl 23, og deretter nattklubbmusikk til kl 02. Det merkelige er jo at selv om bare et håndfull menneske som benytter seg av dette tilbudet - trekker det voldsomt ned for alle de som bor rett ved. Her må man sørge for at det blir gitt informasjon ved innsjekk at det er lysfest utenfor terrassen til rommet…
