"Positive: The property is large and well-maintained, with plans for many indoor activities and rides similar to VGP. Rooms are neat and clean. Negative: Unfortunately, there is no proper hospitality or ambience. No one is available to guide guests. Unless you’ve read reviews or explored the website, you’ll feel completely lost. Food orders take nearly 2 hours with multiple follow-ups. Most staff are unfriendly and unresponsive, except for one or two. I visited recently with my family and a young child, expecting relaxation and fun after seeing the website and Instagram reviews. But honestly, I wanted to check out quickly due to the poor service and atmosphere. Since I had already paid, I stayed quiet. There is no customer care or effective way to raise complaints. Wifi wasn’t working on the first day either. A huge property alone won’t bring people back, but good staff and proper service will. Don’t rely on Instagram reels; visit only if you are prepared for disappointment."

"Worst experience and horrible service. No proper tariff card, each staff telling different rates. Better will take mail communication from management side. Every vegetables shop having rate board. But this lodge doesnt have rate card. Horrible service"
