"Pleasantly surprised by the setting, the location was incredibly convenient and I really appreciated the visitor card that allows you to travel freely on the bus within a certain area. The rooms are clean. The only thing I would say is that the duvet and pillow covers are quite flimsy and hard to put on. Other than that, the rooms were well conditioned and it is a lovely place to stay. Highly recommend."

"Arrived late in Lucerne and just randomly picked this hotel. The room was small but clean. No air conditioning though, so I had to sleep with the window open. The underground parking garage downstairs was quite convenient."

"The host: Rainer is such a great host! He is really accommodating and is willing to help out with pretty much everything you would need. He makes a big effort to give his guests the best stay possible in Luzern. He is also very present in the house so he is not far away if you have questions or just want to have a chat. Additionally, he is just a great personality and fun to be around. The place: First of all, the place has an amazing view of Luzern and the stunning mountains around!🤩🤩🤩 The house is newly renovated so everything is quite new which is great. The hostel is very clean - both in the rooms and common areas. The kitchen and bathrooms are really good as well. The house has multiple cameras thus security is no problem and you feel comfortable and safe. The house have everything you could need. It really just have a homey feeling 🥰 The vibe: The best thing about the house is the people and the vibe! Rainer has made a really good framework for getting the best people into the house. Its especially good if you're travelling alone or 2 people. There is always new people to meet and everyone is so friendly. There is also a group chat for the hostel so everyone can communicate and make plans with each other. Definitely go here when you're in Luzern!"
