Serh empfehlenswert. Wir waren leider das erste Mal hier und auch lediglich für zwei Nächte. Daher konnten wir nicht alles ausprobieren. Kommen jedoch gerne wieder. Unsere Kinder (10+13) waren sehr begeistert vom Angebot. Tolles gastronomisches Angebot.

Ich habe eine Woche in diesem ansonsten sehr schönen Hotel verbracht. Besonders hervorzuheben sind die vielfältigen Restaurants sowie das durchweg freundliche und aufmerksame Personal – mit einer leider deutlichen Ausnahme: der Rezeption. Gleich mehrfach während unseres Aufenthalts sind wir dort auf unfreundliches und wenig hilfsbereites Verhalten gestoßen. Das ist besonders schade, denn gerade die Rezeption ist die Visitenkarte eines Hotels und prägt den ersten und letzten Eindruck. Natürlich können überall Fehler passieren – das ist menschlich. Entscheidend ist jedoch, wie man damit umgeht. Eine Lösung in höflicher, respektvoller und herzlicher Weise sollte sowohl für Gäste als auch für das Personal selbstverständlich sein. Trotz dieser Enttäuschung hatten wir insgesamt eine schöne Zeit im Hotel. Wir hoffen, dass das Management an der Schulung des Empfangspersonals arbeitet, damit der Servicegedanke künftig auch dort ankommt.

Im Club-Haus ist URLAUB vom feinsten angesagt und fußläufig alles gut zu erreichen. 8 Std. Anreise werden zu 200% zurück erstattet. Das Club-Haus Team ist sehr freundlich & aufmerksam. Von daher planen wir für Ostern 26 einen erneuten Kurzurlaub an selbiger Stelle, im selbigen Haus.
