"This is an excellent hotel, we have stayed here several times already, always at the highest level. Check-in, cleanliness in the room, availability of toiletries, snow-white bed linen, towels, a wonderful spa included in the room price, a hammam, a sauna, a swimming pool, a comfortable temperature of 24°. I also definitely recommend taking a room with breakfast. Breakfast is buffet-style, European standard, everything is very tasty, very neatly laid out, all the hotel staff are very polite. The only downside is that if you don't book parking in advance, you will simply have nowhere to park your car, and the parking reservation system is very poorly organized."

"Perhaps the most convenient option for us to stop for the night from Stavropol to Crimea. We often go and always stay in this very hospitality hotel. For the price of 4,000 rubles we get: a quiet standard on the 6th floor with one large bed and view on an unoccupied street, teapot, tea, cup with spoons, two bottles with water Pilgrim, safe, feather, comfortable mattress and pillows, a mirror with lighting, A full shower cabin with gel and champagne in dispenser, coats, slippers, air conditioner, TV and phone. Now some nuances for which I take a score. They are better known in advance. 1. Parking a car in the nearest streets as the seat is always busy in front of the building. They really are few. 2. Breakfast is not included in the cost of the room, before it cost 900 rubles per person, that is expensive. 3. Believe is not cotton, but mixed, and I have wild allergy on it, which is, of course, very unpleasant. 4. There were no appliances and glasses in the closet, before always everything was on the spot. 5. No mini bar or refrigerator in the standards. 6. A scary gul apparently, air conditioners blocks, from the street, don't sleep immediately until you get used to it.
