Great place with wonderful diving all over the island. House reef is pretty good, too! The buffet wasn’t that great but they allowed me to order from menu. So I was a happy camper!

We started our journey to Bonaire to celebrate my husband’s 60th birthday with a group of 15 amazing friends and family. From the moment we arrived on this beautiful island in the southern Caribbean and checked into the Flamingo Divi Resort — our home away from home — everything felt truly special. We’re so grateful for the incredible experience we had at this stunning diving resort. Our group had a private check-in area, which made things so easy and welcoming. The divers in our group had unforgettable adventures underwater, while the non-divers enjoyed snorkeling and relaxing spa treatments right on the property. Breakfast was always such a joy — we were greeted some mornings by Reina and the wonderful restaurant team, who made us feel like family. The same warmth carried through to lunch and dinner; the service was amazing every single day. Everyone at the resort went above and beyond to make our celebration unforgettable. We’re already dreaming about coming back soon!

We just returned from a trip mid-August. It was really hot. We usually come June or July. But alAugust was next level hot. But, having said that, it was a great time to be there. The diving was awesome, as we saw everything we wanted to see that was on our check list. It was there. The resort staff was helpful and friendly as always. New friend Mysha behind the desk was excellent checking our group in. Saturday, desk manager Otmar, had a special table set up for our group to check in. The resort manager Celine was constantly checking on us to be sure all our needs were being met. And Nella, has such an engaging smile. We all love her. AND, she makes sure we are enjoying our stay. We enjoyed our breakfasts at Pure Ocean and the Pure Ocean bar keeps the drinks pouring. We love our refurbished deluxe oceanfront rooms and the wonderful housekeeping. Finally, and last not least, is the friendliest dive shop in the Caribbean. Poppy and Jacqueline from the shop, met our every diving breed. New dive shop manager Doug has a well run organization in Divi Dive. So, yes, we had a great trip and will return next June.

I was here with 17 divers and a lot of the resort staff to celebrate my friends 90th birthday. The staff went over and above to help make it a party to remember. I have been coming back to the Divi Flamingo for over 15 years. In my opinion this is the best resort on the island. The staff is more than happy to accommodate you, the rooms are spotless, the food is excellent, the grounds are well maintained, and the dive staff is short of amazing. I really consider it a home away from home and everyone there is part of my family.

This was our second visit to the Divi Flamingo Bonaire . Once again we enjoyed a great stay . Starting with the warm welcome from the bellman, the great friendly service of restaurant/bar staff along with grounds keepers and cleaning staff , we were made to feel at home . We love the location making easy access to waterfront activities and easy walking into town . We enjoy the food at the resort but appreciate that we have other dining options so close to the facility. We hope to return again soon !

Divi Flamingo Resort in Bonaire is far from being a 4-star hotel, at best a 2-star. The rooms URGENTLY AND DESPERATELY need an upgrade. We spent eight nights at this “resort” – the staff are very nice and polite, but the service...not so much. There was water coming out from the toilet base in my room. Twice I asked for someone to fix the problem, but nothing was done. The towels were torn, the sheets were of poor quality, and there were no amenities. The sun loungers at the pool are always dirty with bird poop, and the pool was not clean. It took one hour and ten minutes to get a order of french fries at Chibi Chibi Restaurant. The breakfast has a poor selection, every day they serve the same food and they are not good at all. Please don’t waste your money and time in this place.

1st time back in 35 years. Dive shop was very good so was the diving one problem was they. Cancelled dive boat is there are not 4 People sigh up for boat other then that diving was very very good room was ocean front you could not is use it becues they had the ac units out there and it was like a heat box when you want out there others then at room was very nice now for the food it need some work a lot of work it not like it was 35 years ago but it was resort food but I would come agin and I recommend at restaurant just out side the gates call at sea very good place
