5성급 호텔인 만큼 매우 청결합니다.
메인카운트의 직원들은 매우 친절합니다.
아쉽게도 바쁜일정 때문에 호텔내 식사를 이용하지 못했는데, 매우 후회됩니다. 내부 정원과 식당을 꼭 이용하세요.
시설은 어디서 사진을 찍어도 매우 이쁘게 사진이 찍힙니다.

素晴らしい体験をしました。内装はため息が出るほど美しく、スタッフの皆さんは綺麗な英語を話し暖かく向かい入れてくれます。ロケーションは旧市街の中と完璧で、すばらしいレストランも系列に備えています。価格以上の価値を感じるホテルでした。

Extremely rude staff. I stopped to use toilet and was turned away. The receptionist told me to go and use Costa coffee. WOULD NOT like to stay here! I love in Ireland and this would NEVER happen. You'd think I was homeless the way he looked at me.

Not a bad thing to say about this hotel. The staff, the food and the hotel 5 star. Could not wish for a better place to stay in krakow. Everything right on you doorstep. Will be back here again in the future.
