We had a lovely time in the Hotel Francuski. A very comfortable and clean hotel. The staff were all so friendly and would do anything to help. Will definitely be back.

Great location and facility for a trip in Krakow. Easy to walk everywhere The breakfast starts from 7 am and I got lunch box as my tour started very early. The lunch box had a variety of food like two sandwiches, dessert(denish or macaron), fruit, orange juice and water. Very good quality as well. Staffs are very friendly and accommodate.

The hotel is very unique, close to the road, not noisy It is just a bit old and smells a bit It is also very convenient to walk to the surrounding markets The price-performance ratio is very good! Worth a thumbs up👍

Great location! Located next to Krakow Old Town Square, right outside are cobblestone streets and Renaissance buildings. The room is small but has an Eastern European feel, with solid wood furniture and vintage chandeliers. The apple pie and smoked sausage for breakfast are very authentic, and the rooftop terrace overlooks the spire of the Church of Our Lady. The waiter will enthusiastically recommend a niche jazz bar, but the only downside is that the rooms facing the street are a bit noisy. Very cost-effective, suitable for travelers who want to deeply experience the charm of the old town.

Lovely breakfast. Good bed but a bit thin hard duvet. Very nice location close to tram. It could also have been heated in the bathroom floor, it gets cold when there are tiles. Professional and nice people at the reception.
