Nice and friendly staff and good location. Close to the beach and also away from the busy street, just 10 minutes of walking. Room was nice and clean, there are two pools to choose from. Overall, good stay!

The trip was to celebrate semi-retirement with my wife and we had an enjoyable stay at Ao Nang. The location of the hotel was excellent and the staff were quite helpful although the WiFi could have been better. The central location of the hotel along the beach front of Ao Nang meant easy accessibility to most of the attractions were within walking distance including the boats to the islands. Weather was good and we enjoyed the 3 day stay at Srisuksant.

Good location

The place is very great, just with little things to fix : 1.The shower heads are getting green ( a bit of fungus) it should be fixed. 2. The gym , the gym is very bad so they should consider putting some new equipment. Besides that, the hotel is great in terms of location, breakfast and service. The staff is super helpful.

Stayed here for a number of years always good value for money but don’t expect too much. Clean room and helpful staff

- Very close to Nopparat Thara beach, just walk across the road! - There are two swimming pools and they are very big - Staffs are friendly - Parking maybe a little small but not a problem - Should have two keycards, but they only managed to give us one - Sink in the bathroom is clogged - But overall, I love it

The staff here are the smiliest I have come across. Location good, definitely for the older crowd, pool lovely - smell of sewage every so often wafted but not the hotel’s fault. Comfy beds and great breakfast.

We stayed there for 5 nights and we loved our stay! The front desk super friendly and efficient! The location is excellent! We do recommend this amazing place

The staff was polite and friendly. The hotel itself is close to everything. I loved the food there.

Great location but hotel needs an elevator for elders

Hotel will not disappoint when it comes to location, by main road across from which there is a beach, not the most beautiful one in Krabi but will do for a view. Shops,7/11, bars,restaurants,night market, food markets,currency exchanges literally on your door step. Hotel bit dated but you are not coming to Thailand to stay in the hotel all day,right! Hotel has a big swimming pool which is nice and refreshing and a gym, I did not use it as only stayed 2 nights and had busy interinary and when I went to check it out,it was really hot in there but like I said maybe there is an air con there and just switched off as no one was using it.Staff friendly and helpful considering they were not speaking good English. I guess if you want to understand/help you will. Can't say a thing about the breakfast as I opt out as was eating out.

My experience at this hotel could have been much better. The positives: the location is convenient if you want to enjoy the beach and restaurants with night parties. The staff also speaks okay English and try to help. On the negative side: it is quite noisy depending the room that you get because other guests bring children that are running and yelling through the halls between the rooms. In terms of cleaning the cleaning staff should do a better job: mu room was uncleaned for 2 days and, after I complained several times, they started to come to clean everyday at 4:30 in the afternoon. It was very inconvenient!
