First of all. The room was not even what it looked like in the make my trip ad. The room was among the rooms in an apprtment. Secondly, there was a worker living in the living hall no privacy at all. Third the ac was not working and the wall was made of carob board which is easily tear-able and if done see through. Fourthly, the staff was not cooperative in changing the rooms. Fifthly, make my trip gave me the biggest low class customer service when i asked for a refund to check out of the room, you scammed me by saying that you will provide the refund and u cut the call and you didn’t. To be honest i am booking all my trips flights and hotels via make my trip and i have been a loyal customer with lots of booking for the past one year. From this instance im changing my platform to ixigo for a better customer oriented support.

The staff was very cordial. Room is not bad but in bathroom some maintaining work. I think it will clear and rectified it soon.

Small rooms and lift not there and service not there and no transport in this area too difficult, but no cleaness

Very bad experience from that hotel, and also already i complaints and i vacated from their yesterday and take another room at other hotel and that amount not yet credited yet

we will get average roomsand there room doesn't have soap and other features
