It was my first time in Africa and I encountered heavy rain. I actually only stayed in the hotel for one day and had to move to another camp. The hotel and restaurant were good, but I was really unhappy to encounter the flood. I don't know if the hotel fee included tips. When I left, the driver kept hinting that I should tip.

This is real Safari. It feels like living in a tent, comfortable, hygienic and safe. Every meal is fine dining carefully prepared. The Mara Intrepids is an amazing hotel. From landing on the airstrip and coming to the hotel through our entire stay we had the most amazing service and vacation. The food was top notch and everyone was so nice and took care of us to the highest level. This is truly a luxury resort. I would like to say that the service of Sylvester was especially great. Food also had great vegetarian options. This camp is also close to all the action in Mara so with our tour company Mario Tours we saw almost everything we wanted to see during our 2 days of Safaris.

Wir waren für fünf Nächte im Mara Intrepids. Es ist eine der besseren Zeltlodges. Unterkunft, Essen und Service sind hervorragend und hier gibt es nichts zu bemängeln. Daher die volle Punktzahl ohne Einschränkungen. Dass eine Masai Mara Safari unter Preis-Leistung aus unserer Sicht insgesamt nicht passt, hat weniger mit der Lodge, als mit den horrenden und aus unserer Sicht überteuerten NP-Gebühren zu tun. Weiterhin sollte man berücksichtigen, dass faktisch alle Fahrten vom Mara Intrepids im Norden des Talek River stattfinden, insofern waren einige Routen wiederholt und Rhinos gibt es hier nicht. Heute würden wir bei der Länge unseres Aufenthalts zwei Unterkünfte in verschiedenen Teilen der Masai Mara wählen.

Exquisite service and facilities in the middle of the Mara. From comfort of the tent, to 8 course scrumptious meals, phenomenal staff and excellent wi fi. And then the Mara! Spending time on the fields and returning to luxury was special. Staff made the difference

we did your honeymoon here and it was the most amazing experience! can't thank the staff here enough for making super memorable. They should let guests know that are booking that "full board" means fine dining because we were not expecting such high quality food and service. will visit this place again. For game drives make sure you go with Dominic he was amazing!

Beautiful stay in Mara Intrepid, the staff were so accommodating and helpful. We were on our honeymoon and they went the extra mile to make our stay memorable. The tented room we had was along the river and the sounds were fantastic. The food was top class from start to finish and the wake up call with tea/coffee was deadly.
