Unmatched staff! Every person was pleasant and kind. It is great for families with kids as there are activities and plenty of recreational spaces. The staff do a good job of cleaning but the humidity creates a musty smell. Perhaps something the hotel can deal with. Airport pick up and drop off should be free (it isn’t though). We would go back because of the welcoming staff and ambience.

The best resort hands down in Kovalam beach ! We stayed for 3 days here and it was absolutely amazing what this property had to offer. Its ambiance and architecture held the essence of Kerala ***** with providing its amazing 5-star services. The rooms were spacious and cleaned punctually. The property is huge and is essentially in 2 parts: main resort and Bait resturant ***** with backwaters. Area near the Bait resturant was near the beach one could enjoy the strong breeze off Arabian sea. While it rained on and off, you could still enjoy complimentary evening snacks from the cozy resturant near the beach. Most activities were also near the Bait resturant like mocktail making, pizza making and others. You can enjoy complimentary boat ride in the backwater or have a fun evening with family playing cricket, football etc. Talking about food, the breakfast spread was great and every dish/drink was delectable. A huge shout-out to their exceptional hospitality. Having been to other 5-stars in other places including Taj, their warmth and hospitality was second to none by a huge margin. They were extremely convivial and made sure we were satisfied with the service completely. From the sous chefs like Harish to staff like Abhishek, it was a pleasure to see such service and geniality from all the staff. Right till our check-out, the entire experience makes me come back again to Kovalam. All in all, a must stay when in Kovalam beach !

Absolutely wonderful place. Lush greenery, beautiful seaside & lagoon. We’ve stayed for 8 nights in room 306. Very comfortable, clean and spacious. We were looked after by all the staff but special mention and THANK YOU to: Restaurant/Service: Sujit Shiva Suman Gopi Shreejit Abhin Manotosh Dhiresh Akashi Drivers: Rajesh (thank you for all the wonderful day trips) Vishnu Aravind Management/Reception: Sebastian Noel Joel Nethira Bait restaurant is out of this world and food is so delicious. We had a wonderful holiday and we sure hope to return here soon. Highly recommend for short or long stays.

Definitely one of the top 3 resorts I have visited in my life. It's just beaming with so much nature and purity and the staff is excellent and the hospitality is top notch. It's so great and has so many activities, I thoroughly enjoyed and was not free even for a second, I really enjoyed all the activities, from kite flying to cycling by the sea to playing football to soft archery to kayaking to laying in the hammock viewing the lagoon. Easily one of the best resorts in India. The Spa is the best. Special thanks to James Matthew at the reception for his hospitality, care and kindness. Special thanks to Mister Abhishek from the Jasmine Bay hotel, I have never met such a person with so much hospitality and care, he was the best person and went out of the way to prepare everything for us according to our needs. Special thanks to Ms. Fenisha, she was outstanding and she even played with everyone at the activity area, unreal dedication Special thanks to Mr. Sebastian who helped in the sporting activities. Special thanks to Mr. Sayooj for his hospitality, kindness and helping nature. Special thanks to Mr. Harish Rawat and Mr. Manoj Pandey for ensuring proper and tasty food for us. Special thanks for Mr. Nistal who was magical in the massage and had the utmost hospitality, kindness and dedication I have ever seen. Taj Green Cove is a beautiful very well maintained resort. The food is excellent location is fantastic and the views of the ocean and lagoon are very beautiful. The staff are very welcoming and I would definitely want to go there again.

Once you get there you will always want to get back again. Hotel is surrounded by perfectly maintained “jungle”. You can enjoy the sunset from the restaurant located just on the beach which offers also free of charge snacks and drinks. Swimming pool is just great as well as the lobby in which you can rest with your family and friends playing different games. Yoga zone is peaceful and relaxing. All Taj personnel is doing their best to make your stay pleasant. Restaurant offers very good meals- from the menu but also during breakfast. You will never regret if you choose this place.
