Very bad experience, 3rd class experience note for good this hotel to the family. The room is not clean the washroom is also not clean, not hot water only cold water,

The room is spacious and have good balconay with sea views.
the approach to the hotel is not easy. need to park vehcle ore thna 3400ms away.
the staff are not responsive in times.

Actually, when i am searching for a hotel, it takes time because the hotel name board is not there. Secondly, inside the room, no door matter is there. No bulb is there, and most importantly, the door of room is covered with curtain and glass gate, which is not so comfortable.

Very worst experience. We have to carry all baggage 1km because vehicles can’t reach there, very small road 10 feet in front of hotel. No lift, no staff will carry the baggage to room at night time. We have to lift the baggage to third floor, very hectic.

We had a great two weeks in the hotel with the staff being very flexible in accommodating us. The hotel is metres away from the beach, we had a sea view room with air conditioning which was very pleasant.
However, the photos of the hotel on ******* we saw are at least 20 years old and the hotel is no way a 4* hotel by western standards. There is no restaurant as part of the hotel any more, although there is a breakfast room which seems to get food from a neighbouring hotel. We were given western breakfast options (cereals, toast, eggs etc) each day, ***** with fresh cut fruits and coffee.
There are a large number of restaurants within walking distance, ***** the beachfront, and we ate at least twice in the ones we visited. The majority of tourists during our visit were Indian including a large number of family groups, but we were made to feel welcome.
Overall, glad we chose this hotel for our Christmas getaway

I stayed in the Seaview room at fourth floor at it was absolutely the best experience. Spacious bright and clean room. Kitchen also provides excellent food. Only improvement I would suggest is bigger closet and maybe some hanger to hang your clothes, towels.. Would absolutely recommend and come back💕

Worst experience in ocean park resort kovalam because rooms are very dirty and no clean in rooms and then beds and billows are smell is come and cocktoach and mosquito also we did not sleep in whole night so pls don't refer and select this resort
