We had a good experience here in restaurant and excellent service from mr Lino great time in. Service was good as expected. Clean environment and hygiene maintains during surve the food. Test also good as expected. Little bit crowded during vection.

Staff is very rude, they doesn't know how to talk. They have given the lower category room from which i had booked and after that they are arguing with me and saying they are upgrading the room from hotel side. Rooms has a very loud noise of generator which is very disturbing

Nell'ultima tappa del tour in Kerala ho soggiornato due notti in questa struttura. Hall molto grande, accogliente. Giardini curati, diverse piscine dislocate molto minimal. Stanze piccole, bagno che richiede manutenzione (ci è rimasto in mano il rubinetto della doccia, tra l'altro doccia con tenda di plastica). Kit cortesia inesistente. Personale del ristorante estremamente cordiale. Trattamenti della spa eseguiti in modo eccellente.

This is definitely not a 5* hotel. We changed bedrooms three times and gave up in the end hoping to be given a ‘good one’. 2* would be generous. The bedrooms are in dire need of updates. The fridge wasnt cold. The bathroom was a disgrace. No plug in the hand basin. Chrome missing from the plug hole. The sealant behind handbasin was black. Bedside lamps were black inside. Electrics in the rooms led a lot to be desired, one sparked when a plug was put in. Toiletries provided were hit and miss, some rooms were given plenty we weren’t. Upon arrival there was one towel in the bathroom, there were two of us. The list of scruffiness goes on Many other visitors were equally disappointed with the misleading star rating. All of us expected much better standards The Temple celebration lasting 6 long days starting around 5am, finishing after 11pm didn’t help. Huge speakers around the stage, speakers all around the village. The noise was comparable to a heavy rock festival. Double glazing may have helped The staff were always helpful. The grounds were attractive. Breakfast was satisfactory The whole description of this hotel together with the area is extremely misleading

Woken up v early to excruciating loud music from the local temple. Honestly my room was shaking. It goes on and on. Impossible to sleep and to relax. Very stressful. Seems madness to have the volume so madly loud. Spoilt the stay. Hotel otherwise is reasonable and staff were helpful at check in
