Insufficient tea / Coffee bags in room, Old bath Towels, No provision for Extra Beds, A/C & TV remotes not working, Bathroom jet sprays, Taps leaking, No intercom / phone to call Reception or Room Service, Room locks not working.

Treebo Booking policy is to loot your Money in advance & provide pathetic service. 0/5 for Hospitality. 1/5 for Breakfast. The maintenance staff behaviour was so rude to us. We booked a Deluxe category room and A/C had a remote issue. You press a button & A/C turns on after 15-20 mins. We asked for a room change, to which the maintenance staff denied. After 2 consecutive phone calls to reception they sent this maintenance guy again to our room at 10:30 PM‍♀️‍♀️. He was so harsh and another room boy also accompanied him into the room and entered without permission. They created a scene for around 30-40 mins inside the room where they could have simply provided another remote or a switch in room as this Lodge setup - hotel, had too many vacant rooms. This Hotel is not couple friendly. The owner of the Hotel (our family friend) apologized for the bad behaviour of Treebo staff. Owner said Treebo support team will contact us regarding the issue to which they haven't called yet. We ❤️ Kovalam but ruthless people this make it a worse place. It's indeed a God's own country but.. Overall it was a horrific Night. Pro: 1. Fluffy bed but not a single mattress 2. Good Balcony view 3. Lot of green elements & plants 4. We'll maintained pool on rooftop. Con: 1. Pathetic reception staff 2.Rude behaviour 3. Bird watching at pool. 4. 2/5 for Breakfast 5. Some lodge bookings have better hospitality team.
