This stay is located in a very convenient area, just a 3-minute walk to the Quay. It’s highly recommended for those going island hopping, as you can easily walk back without needing to take a Grab while wearing wet clothes. Additionally, the view from the stay is great, with a beautiful sea-facing outlook.

The room is clean and comfortable. The place can definitely fit in up to 5 people comfortably since there's a huge sofa bed as well. Location is amazing since the big mall like Suria Mall is literally within walking distance and there's quite a few store below the apartment that opens 24 hours. View from the building is amazing. Amenities are great, you can definitely do your cooking there, ironing sets are prepared and there's already Netflix on the TV for that late night movie watching. Would definitely choose this place again in the future for our stays!

Like this vacation home very much. Newly renovated and modern interior set-up. Equip with full kitchen appliances. Just the car park is not cheap.

Our go to stay in Kota Kinabalu. Ideal location for boat tours. 10 mins to wharf. Beautiful ocean views

The towel is a little old.The toilet sewer smells too strong.Everything else is good.

We had a comfortable stay with a stunning views. Apartment are very clean and tidy. Feels like home. The staff are also very friendly and helpful. Smooth check in and check out process.

spacious enough to fit four adults, parking and picking up and returning key are a bit tricky though. Its adviseable to have someone to help you with this.

Room are super comfy and family friendly. Entertainment, amenities, kitchen utensils are enough. Plus so many restaurant, laundry and shop nearby.

The unit is cleaned and very satisfied ☺️ the view from window very nice, can see sunrise from city view unit😍 maybe need to improve the mailbox area because very hard to open even have enter the code. But no worries, fast response from customer service team👍🏻

New building, about 2 years. The rooms are clean. Very near to Jetty Jesselton, walking distance.

Complicated check in, no free parking slot available. The place is nice and clean.

Very friendly service, easy to communicate. The room is cute with sea views and fun decor. Also nice towels, shower ok - needs to have a holder higher up.
