服务：I would like to praise the front desk who was still on duty at 11:30 p.m. on April 20. His name is jouist (maybe it's spelled like this, I didn't hear it clearly). I lost something for my own reasons. He patiently helped me find it. Even if I found it elsewhere later, he was not impatient and still had a good attitude, which is very good. 设施：房屋设施比较偏古典类型，但是完全不会太老不好用，洗浴什么的也很方便，阳台打开非常漂亮！ 卫生：从进大堂开始卫生就超级好，房间也会自动打扫，很干净 位置：靠近码头非常非常方便！！加耶街就在楼下，楼下的西餐厅也是当地网红店，物美价廉，旁边也有各种xhs推荐的美食，周五周六还会有夜市超级超级热闹！

My experience during my stay at the hotel was unsatisfactory. The wall socket is inoperative, necessitating that I charge my mobile phone near the entrance door. Additionally, the toilet lock is malfunctioning, and when I turned on the television, the image was unclear and distorted. The food that was served was cold.

The hotel is quite nice and clean. Service given also good. Will book same hotel again in future.

really like this hotel. classic colonial style very well maintain and at a very strategic location at the middle of the town with all the buzling city lights. it was a short stay and haven't have a chance to try their food. will definitely be back again and already in my top prefered list.

The perfect hotel! Some may not like it as it doesn't have the latest fancy TV sets and so on.. but full of charm, ideally located. Very affordable and very good soundproof from the street!!

Ideal location, but not much facilities though. The hotel room is big with a fashionable western styled design. I stayed over for one night, arrived at Saturday night and left for Sunday morning. The busy Gaya Street makes it fun at Saturday night but the Sunday market can be very noisy as the market starts very early in the morning. All in all a pleasant stay!

Caution everyone!!!!! This hotel is a non-refundable hotel!! Although they write it below but it is a very small word. Plus, I am wondering why trip.com will give this hotel a "change and cancellation guarantee" mark on the main page of this hotel when I book in the trip.com apps. It was very confusing!!! In my case, I arrived earlier than my actual plan so I make one more booking for that date and request a refund for the previous booking, however they refused~~ just because this hotel is a classic hotel make it very special I think ? The hotel is old , or you can put it as "classic"~~ the room is still old although they renovated recently I think. Besides, my bath room is a swimming pool when I enter due to piping problems. Nevertheless~~ the aircon is leaking~~ and I need to put a towel below the aircon to prevent the water to flow everywhere~ What a nice hotel
