The door master lock was broken, kettle was non functional, shower knobs were broken, room was altogether smelly, TV was just lying to be scrapped and not working at all. Ancillaries provided by the hotel like shower gel was half used soap was not available no slipper no shower cap. Altogether it really made the stay uncomfortable and substandard. Overall facilities provided by hotel were not even close to 2 star hotel ."
