Lokasi hotel bagus,banyak gila kedai and especially sebelah mydin cuma need improve housekeeping

The hotel was conveniently located and easily found. The staff was welcoming and accommodating right from the moment checked in. The room was clean.

Room was big, simple & modern. Breakfast food has so many varieties & can try local food. Rooftop pool was superb but close at 8pm. I reached hotel after business meeting at 7.30pm.

the receptionists are good, location is a bit far to the city but got every things near the hotel. breakfast is ok but need to improve.

I love staying.. good location.. very close to mydin mall and other shoplots. very easy to get some food for dinner. buffet dinner was great i term of varities.. recommended👍👍👍

The hotel was quite spacioud in kelantan standard and I would totally recommend u to book this hotel during raya festive, u would not be disaappointed! the breakfast was good too

Recommend for all visit to Kota Bahru. The room is clean and quite big compared to town's hotel. The staff are friendly. Parking easy to find, plenty of parking at underground and it's free. Overall satisfied experience. Nice Kelantan food.

Very spacious room with modern design. Staffs are helpful but the sahur meals can be improved. Hotel is right beside a huge Mydin mall. I would recommend this hotel.

cleanliness: cleanliness is below average. toilet is moldy. it is recommended for u to bring your own toilet slipper. bedsheet and pillowcase is yellowish. however i guess this is the best u can get in kota bahru. dont compare to the standard of cleanliness with hotels in KL location: need to take grab for RM11 to pasar khadijah/ city centre. the hotel is located next to mydin tunjong, walking distance staffs: front desk Mr Akram was pleasant and welcoming. concierge Mr Fahmin was very helpful. wifi: wifi was average speed and easily disconnected aircond: aircond is ok and cold, it is great floor: i like that the floor in the room is fully wooden, no carpet. it is clean

New and clean room. Alot coffee shop downstairs. Not much eateries options within walking distance.
