Just over an hour drive from Moscow. Check in was very efficient and greeted by all staff as we entered. Rooms are spotless and the attention to detail shows they really care. Service in the restaurant was excellent and also kids orientated. So much to do from windsurfing to swimming....hard to choose but for all weather they have plenty of activities indoors and out. This hotel caters for couples, families, corporates and groups. Management are visible all the time and staff are constantly checking satisfaction. Choice of 3 restaurants but we used the waterfront as they had a buffet and the kids could choose. To conclude, I would say, stay a minimum 2 nights as there is so much to do and well done to the team as they really try hard to make you feel comfortable. It's a fantastic resort and if you live in Moscow and want to unwind than this is the place!!)

The pricing policy to charge extra fee seemingly "on every occasion" ruins the whole impression of the stay. While trying to order our breakfast in the room (we stayed in Premium room, fully prepaid, breakfast included) we were offered to pay full price for breakfast for the second time (instead of just a fee for delivery which is common practice). It is outrageous!

thesis the best resort in Moscow I've ever been. so much staff we got it, and our children was so enjoying having his time with animation guys. the room was clean, thanks for welcome amenities and card from manager, it was so personal touch, we appreciated it

Excellent location with river facing promenade along with multiple food options available. Lot of recreation options for kids and adults both in the hotel and outside the hotel. Restaurants were good but lacked Vegetarian options. Very few English speaking people so can face difficult in communicating if you don't know Russian. Overall staff is excellent and very helpful.

Быстрое заселение , небольшой чистый номер . Удобно, что есть москитные сетки на окнах . Воду пополняли , номер убирали . На пляже много лежаков , но не везде есть матрасы . Чистая ухоженная территория , рядом лес с продуманными дорожками, удобно гулять с коляской . Мощный банный комплекс с бассейном . Чистый воздух . Рекомендую к посещению

Отдыхая в отеле посетили очень атмосферный и стильный ресторан Riverbank. Уютные столики, шикарные виды на причал. Обстановка очень располагает к приятному времяпрепровождению. Цены - средние по курорту. А вот визуал и вкус блюд приятно удивил и порадовал! Порции большие, все очень аппетитно и эстетично выглядит. Наш столик обслуживала яркая рыжеволосая девушка Катерина - отдельное ей спасибо за высокий уровень профессионализма - порекомендовала самые вкусные блюда от шефа, исполнила моментально все наши маленькие капризы) Также отмечу безукоризненную работу команды ресторана - Анна, Кристина и Ирина. Посадили нас за лучший столик, были всегда рядом, но в то же время незаметны и ненавязчивы. Если вы , гуляя по курорту Завидово, проголодались и хотите получить удовольствие от приема пищи - вам однозначно в Riverbank!

Живописное место , прекрасный отель. Приятные и разнообразные завтраки . Хороший басссей с тёплой водой ( + 30 градусов) . Минусы- в матрасах ( они не ортопедические (нам в номере достался очень мятый , с большой впадиной , фактически, неврзможно было ночью спать). Утром обратились на reception с просьбой о возможной замене. Матрас заменили и сон был прекрасным. Это качество сервиса ( забота о клиентах) очень ценно, спасибро за заботу. Что огорчило -2 сентября у,тром, у сорудаников отеля ( видимо) были плановые тренировочные учения пожарной тревоги, но проведены они были так , что гостям отеля пришлось тоже срочно покидать свои номера ( планы были нарушены) и это огорчило . Наверное, нужно учитывать что гости отдыхают или заранее предупреждать о таком возможном событии. В главном корпусе лфит иногда застревает между этажами.

Отличный отель, но он только расположен в Тверской обл.,а не в Московской (Слава Богу)))) Прекрасное обслуживание и персонал. Красивый и ухоженный отель, великолепная территория . Все на высшем уровне. Хотелось бы только цену по дешевле.
