El Ora Hotel Labuan Bajo

Tempat bersih, ada kopi dan teh yg free bisa di seduh kapan saja. Staff baik. Cuma ada 1 aja sih. Parking mobil kurang lebar. Tapi kita sangat puas stay disini untuk liburan. Dari bandara cukup jalan kaki 800m sudah sampai hotel

The room is clean and the location is OK

The accommodation did not provide shampoo but did not inform them about it, which was very poor (the shower gel was not available but there was a small soap), and there was no hair dryer in the room. When I took a shower, I found that the front desk had already closed and there was no one to help. I asked the next day and found out that there was one at the front desk. Hairdryers can be borrowed, but on the first day, the counter staff preferred to sell me about renting a motorcycle and did not care whether the passengers had any needs for toiletries. The spare toilet paper roll in the bathroom even fell on the floor when they entered the room. I thought it was nothing at first, but Later, when I really needed to use it, I didn't dare to use it even if it looked dirty. The hot water in the bath was only enough for one person to rinse. It took a while for the second person to take a bath, and it couldn't even be called warm water. The accommodation experience was so bad that I didn’t even want to take any photos.
