An der Rezeption eine sehr unfreundliche Dame hat ein mitgehobenen zeigefinger den Mund verboten. Ich musste obwohl ich schon Kurtaxe bezahlt habe nochmals Kurtaxe bezahlen. Zu meiner Aussage dass ich bereits bezahlt habe wurde gesagt dass der reiseanbieter ein Betrüger sei. Den poolbereich kann man nur eine Stunde nutzen. Es war ein stromausfall keiner hat sich gekümmert... Mehrere Stunden.. es gibt so viel tolle Hotels in Kolberg und dann gibt es dieses. Verarbeitung im Badezimmer wär miserabel Schalter fallen aus dem elektrischen Spiegel immer zu raus... Bei Meldung an die Rezeption wurde mit den Schultern gezuckt

Wir waren bereits öfter in diesem Hotel und kommen immer gerne wieder. Auch dieses Mal hatten wir ein schönes Zimmer mit großem Bett und toller Aussicht auf den Wald und den Pool. Kleines Manko: Das Reinigungspersonal ist sehr freundlich, jedoch war die Reinigung dieses Mal sehr oberflächlich. Außerdem wurden die täglichen Getränke nicht immer bereitgestellt. Zur Verpflegung: Das Frühstück war gut, das Abendessen könnte jedoch etwas mehr Auswahl bieten. Dies – und die Tatsache, dass keine Getränke zum Essen inklusive sind – würde uns beim nächsten Mal vermutlich dazu bewegen, auf diese Verpflegungsoption zu verzichten.

Stayed for a night and wished we stayed for three ! Family friendly facility, with excellent facilities along with an outstanding breakfast selection. Roof top horizon heated pool, lower lever heated lap pool, kids heated mini-pool, pair of hot tubs, huge adult heated pool, two saunas and a steam room! Hotel room was spacious with a comfortable bed. My takeaway from the facility is the level of cleanliness in particular the dining room and pool/gym area. Parking is located on the property from an underground lot. The staff were busy at all times but always friendly and extremely gracious. It was a seven minute slow walk to the beach which is absolutely worth it. I cannot wait to go back !

Excellence expierence during check-in. Very proffesional stuff. Regarding breakfast very poor expierience. Stuff is not kind at all. You cannot order fried eggs because of no time to prepare. Finally when I askes to order fried eggs I got answer: „what if I not accept your order?”. That’s radicoulous. Thats never happened to me in my whole life. I’m spanding More then 200 nights at hotels per Year. The kitchen Manager was also very unproffesional. Aquapark close 15 min before schedule because rescue team need to go home and they ask all the people to get out of the pool to let them leave the hotel at 9pm. Only one person keep the level of the service and kindness- from Phillipeens. Housekeeping stuff was good.
