Avoid this hotel at all costs. They are scammers who stole from my company. They took the money but never issued an invoice. When I tried to contact them, there was no response from the staff, and the only explanation I got was a ridiculous excuse blaming a third-party intermediary. Meanwhile, they happily took the payment. These are just plain thieves. Be very careful – don’t trust these fraudsters.

Wir haben für zwei Nächte in den Zimmern 224 und 226 gewohnt. Die Zimmer sind recht geräumig, ebenso der jeweilige Balkon. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber, wie auch das gesamte Hotel durchweg einen aufgeräumten Eindruck machte. Allerdings könnten die Matratzen bei Gelegenheit gewechselt werden. Sie machten auf uns einen etwas durchgelegenen Eindruck. Zum Frühstück und Abendessen gab es ein umfangreiches Buffet. Abendessen gab es von 17:30 bis 19:30 Uhr, wobei ab 19:15 Uhr schon wieder abgeräumt wurde. 17:30 Uhr ist für uns noch keine Zeit zum Abendessen, da wir dann noch unterwegs sind. Wer um 19:00 Uhr zum Abendessen kommt, hat keine Ruhe mehr zum Essen. Es gibt ein Schwimmbad mit Saunabereich. Das Hotel stellt dafür allerdings keine Handtücher zur Verfügung. Auch nicht gegen Aufpreis. Man soll die Handtücher aus dem Zimmer mitnehmen, was für einen Saunagang nicht die beste Wahl ist. Nehmen Sie sich also genügend eigene Bade- und Saunatücher mit.

Es war ein Familienurlaub mit 3 unterschiedlichen Zimmern.
Negativ
- Stumpfe Messer im Restaurant
- Viele zu weiche Matratzen
- Duschkopf schimmlig in 2 von 3 Zimmern.
- Parkplatz muss reserviert werden, ansonsten geht man leer aus.
- Bei der Ankunft standen nur 2 Parkplätze zum Auspacken zur Verfügung. Da wir mit 3 Autos angereist sind und einer bereits belegt war, war die Anreise nicht besonders gut und wir mussten die Einfahrt zum Parkhaus blockieren.
- Badekappe ist für das Schwimmbad Pflicht, wäre schön gewesen, wenn so etwas in der Beschreibung gestanden hätte. Vor Ort hat sich aber niemand daran gehalten. Es gab einen Automaten, wo man Badekappen kaufen konnte.
- Wände sehr hellhörig
- Die Lokomotive hat früh sehr zeitig gehupt. Das hört man auch bei geschlossenem Fenster.
- Zu wenig Kaffeeautomaten für die ganzen Hotelgäste. Es waren nur 2 Automaten vorhanden.
- Krankheitsbedingt gehe ich nicht weiter darauf ein. Das Waschbecken war verstopft. Daraufhin sollte der Hausmeister die Leitung freimachen. Wir wurden nur ausgelacht und sollten selber den Fehler beheben.
Positiv
- Check-in schnell und verschiedene Sprachen sowie freundlich
- Frühstücksbuffet reichhaltig und man wird satt
- Rezeption ist immer besetzt 24/7 und versucht bis spät in die Nacht Probleme zu klären.
- Duschkopf wurde aufgrund von Schimmel sofort getauscht nach der Ansprache bei der Rezeption
- Spieleparadies für Kinder ist zwar klein, hat aber den Kindern sehr viel Spaß gemacht.

Das Hotel überzeugt durch gutes Frühstück und ein wunderschönes Schwimmbad mit 4 Wirlpools.
Die Zimmer sind groß, leider nur spartanisch eingerichtet. Betten sind sehr bequem. Die Bar bietet gute Getränke und sogar einen Alleinunterhalter.

Ok pool og 4 jacuzzi.
Dårlig rengjort værelse, med chips og spindelvæv på gulv, og fedtede vinduer ved ankomst.
Morgenmaden var middelmådig. Ikke noget særligt for danskere, måske mere lækkert for lokale.
Dyrt i forhold til hvad man får andre steder. Pool og jacuzzi er det der trækker stedet lidt op.
Beliggenheden var god i forhold til strand og bylivet nede ved strand og moler.
