The value for money for a supposed 5* hotel is inadequate. We felt unwanted right from check-in. The room was at the far end of the huge complex, parking only on gravel at €15 a day is already steep, and dogs cost almost twice as much. Half board isn't worth it if you don't want to eat a mountain of meat or cold potatoes every night, as vegetarians or people with special requests will only get an eye roll. I've never experienced anything like this in any (!) five-star hotel before. Furthermore, there's no culinary offering; everything is a random mix, from Chinese to "KFC-like" chicken. Rental bikes are far too expensive by Polish standards; it's better to look elsewhere. The rooms should be cheaper, considering the loud construction noise that wakes you up at 6:30 a.m. and continues until 7 p.m. Relaxation? None! Polish guests are given preferential treatment; if you complain, you're turned away. Not worthy of a supposed 5* hotel—even by Polish standards. We were only there with a few complaining guests; for us, it was our only vacation of the year! We won't be coming back!

I don't recommend this hotel. We've visited many hotels in Poland, but we haven't seen such service and standards in a long time. The front desk claimed there were no more parking spaces, even though at 10:30 PM there were at least six. When I left my car in one of the spaces, I received a tire clamp and an additional 200 PLN fee, contrary to the regulations. Furthermore, my car's rim was scratched. The staff was incompetent, always claiming they couldn't do anything because of their standards. One gentleman told me I should have known they would be very busy and there might not be a space, so I should have booked one in advance, even though no one informed me of this on the hotline when booking. The room with a balcony was more like a 30cm wide balcony, which wouldn't even fit a chair. It's hard to call it a balcony, even though we asked for a regular terrace at the front desk and were told it would be available. The shower seal in the bathroom was damaged, causing the bathroom to flood. After the first day, we were fed up. I don't recommend it.

We're currently here for 8 nights (June 25) for about 1250 euros. A clean and tidy, very "huge" spa hotel. Mostly Polish guests. For us, the 5 stars are overrated, more like a 4-star hotel. Everyone is friendly...but no one speaks German. The rooms and bathrooms were always clean, and towels were changed daily. The breakfast is excellent, with everything from salmon to waffles. It's annoying that there are small bungalows (a different complex) next to the hotel, where the music plays loudly every day, including Sundays, until 12:30 a.m. Furthermore, a huge hotel complex is being built next door...you wake up with the concrete vibrating, and in the evenings, it doesn't quiet down until 7 p.m. Parking costs €94 for 8 days, plus the tourist tax. We think the overall price/performance ratio is clearly too high. Loose balcony tiles and a swallow's nest problem on many balconies are currently evident. Due to the noise, we don't recommend this hotel...and be careful!!! the surrounding hotels either this year. Tip: Many hotels offer free beach chairs. Unfortunately, not here. We're glad the holidays in Poland don't start until next week. If the hotel were fully booked, it would be too noisy/soundproof. Conclusion: Still a B.

We had two double rooms. One of them was a disabled room. It was large, but you always had the feeling you were taking a room away from a disabled person. It wasn't a nice feeling. The staff, apart from a lady at the pool reception and the cleaning staff, were unfriendly and no one said hello, not even at reception when you came in. Restaurant: Not worthy of a 5-star hotel. We've stayed in two other hotels in Kołobrzeg that had fewer stars. They were much better, including the food. The buffet was far too small and cramped for the number of guests. And too loud, like at a train station. It's incomprehensible that in a 5-star hotel we still had to queue for the waffle machine or ask specifically for fried eggs. There were also a lot of children there, but there wasn't even a separate children's meal. We had to walk through a long corridor to get to the wellness area, wearing bathrobes. Which wasn't so bad for us. But when there was a conference or seminar with technical equipment on the third or fourth day, it became very unpleasant. The hallway was blocked with "representatives" and a lot of people. Absolutely unacceptable. The foosball table and table tennis table were simply removed. Such guests are probably more respected. This, strangely enough, was also reflected at breakfast. Suddenly, there were fried eggs, omelets, and even regular jam, and the buffet was expanded to a second corner. It was also very noisy in the sauna and pool area in the evenings, as these guests appeared in larger groups, and beer was even brought into the sauna. Very discriminatory and annoying for us, as regular guests. On the last evening, there was an incident in the sauna when the lady from the sauna ceremony argued with a guest about his clothing. This dragged on for almost an hour until he was "asked out." This was so disturbing for us as sauna and pool guests that the last evening was ruined for us, and we went to our rooms in irritation. In any case, it was very disappointing. The pool attendants, with the exception of one muscular man, were only occupied with their cell phones instead of refilling cups or water containers, or even helping elderly people safely cross the slippery tiles. On the second-to-last day, when we returned from breakfast, two women with suitcases suddenly appeared in front of our room, trying to get in. We wondered why anyone could check in at 9 a.m., and why the guests weren't told or explained where they needed to go. We then had to explain to them that they probably needed to go to the resort with their room number, not to the hotel. Totally incomprehensible. It's good that at least the card was coded correctly and didn't work for us. On a positive note, the pleasant smell throughout the hotel is worth mentioning. In short, not worth 5 stars. Oh, and one more thing: The waiters are becoming even more unfriendly and annoying.

Empfehlenswert Ein tolles Hotel in wunderbarer Lage.
