Pobyt w hotelu był fantastyczny i spełnił wszystkie nasze oczekiwania. Komfortowe, czyste pokoje z pięknym widokiem na morze zapewniły świetny wypoczynek. Każdego dnia czekała na nas pyszna, świeża i różnorodna kuchnia – szczególnie smakowały nam sushi i desery z hotelowej cukierni w kawiarni na 6 piętrze z widokiem na Bałtyk

To był nasz pierwszy pobyt w Zdrojowa Hotels i jesteśmy pod ogromnym wrażeniem! Już od progu czuć gościnność — uśmiech, serdeczność i życzliwość personelu robią niesamowite wrażenie. Szczególne podziękowania dla Pani z recepcji za profesjonalne podejście. Obsługa restauracji również przemiła i pomocna. Śniadania — przepyszne i bardzo różnorodne, każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Obiekt zadbany i świetnie przygotowany zarówno na pobyty rodzinne, jak i dla gości indywidualnych . Dziękujemy i do szybkiego zobaczenia 😃

Wir fühlten uns wohl, aber nicht immer herzlich willkommen. Wir geben bewusst und gerne Geld aus, um uns wohl zu fühlen! Nach 2,5 Stunden Fahrt waren wir 1,5 Stunden zu früh an der Rezeption. Kein herzliches Willkommen! Nur Zimmer ist noch fertig! 15.00 Uhr Wir sind immer noch nicht herzlich Willkommen, dürfen jetzt nach Erledigung aller Notwendigkeiten beim Einchecken, in die Suite. Wir sind Mitte Siebzig. Eine Hilfe mit dem Gepäck ist bei 5 Sternen üblich. Die Suite mit Blick zum Meer, versöhnt und stimmt uns positiv. Auch haben wir in den folgenden Tagen viel Personal kennengelernt,das für uns da war. Ob Sauberkeit im Haus, Essen und sonstiger Service. Es gab nichts weiter zu bemängeln. Leider sind die 7 Tage viel zu schnell vergangen. Wir kommen wieder.
