Lobby und Speisesaal alles neu gemacht sehr angenehm.
Sehr freundliches Personal.
Konnten am Tag der Abreise sogar unser Auto noch in der Tiefgarage lassen für einen kurzen Trip zum Strand.

Guten Tag, wir waren als Paar und mit Hund im Ultra Marine Hotel . Der Aufenthalt für den Hund war unverschämt teuer 25€ pro Tag. Die Rezeption war nicht so zugewandt wie erwartet, stellenweise mit sprachlicher Barriere ..Englisch/Deutsch. In einem 5 Sterne Hotel erwarte ich, dass Englisch gesprochen wird. Die Tiefgarage war sehr überteuert 18€ pro Tag und eng, im allgemeinen viel zu wenig Parkfläche, nicht genügend Abstellflächen für Fahrräder. Vorsindflutliche Parkkarte zum Ein&Ausfahren, sehr umständlich . Das Zimmer war mit Gebrauchsspuren (besonders im Bad), die Betten waren eine Katastrophe!! Wenige Deutsche Sender, kein Smart TV . Zimmer ansonsten sehr großzügig , großer Balkon . Kostenlos Wasser, Kaffee und Tee. Sauberkeit in Ordnung . Der Saunabereich war viel zu klein für dieses große Hotel und dann nur mit Textilen zu betreten, 3 Saunen, 1 Dampfs., 1 Bios. 1 Finnische Sauna und 1 Schneekammer. Der Ruhebereich viel zu klein mit 6 liegen und ständiger Störung . Das Frühstücksbüffets war sehr reichhaltig , für jeden Geschmack war etwas dabei . Es wird an jeder Stelle gebaut vor dem Hotel. Definitiv nichts für Naturliebhaber, in der Hauptsaison möchte ich gar nicht wissen was dort los ist, wahrscheinlich kaum auszuhalten.

4* because hotel called self eco. How is it possible when water i the rooms is in plastic bottles and the butter in the restaurant is in plastic boxes too. During the breakfast i couldn’t find bread because was located in the other hall but there wasn’t plates

Das Lux Appartement war eine sehr schöne Suite über 2 Etagen. Alles neu renoviert in den aktuellen Trendfarben : grau - beige - weiß und schwarz. Die Suite und das Hotel sind sehr schön und stylisch eingerichtet. Das Hotel hat eine hervorragende Lage direkt am Strand / Meer und hat eine eigene Beachlounge ! Das Personal ist super freundlich und das Frühstück hervorragend. Das A la carte Restaurant bietet gehobene sehr gute Küche. Vom Café in der obersten Etage und der Dachterrasse kann man den Sonnenuntergang über der Ostsee beobachten ! Wellness und Massagen waren ebenfalls sehr gut ! Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Kurzurlaub !

Five star hotel without working internet in 21st century. I was firsty informed that I should just try to connect multiple times, then that internet does not work for IPhones. So if you own an IPhone and expect working WI-FI in 5-star hotel - better look for a different one. I add one star for good restaurant downstairs.

Die Lage des Hotels ist gut. Aber das Personal ist absolut unfreundlich und macht seine Arbeit augenscheinlich ungern. Die Parkplatzsituation ist eine Katastrophe. Die Parkplätze sind kaum zugängig und stehen mit Müll voll. Kratzer am Fahrzeug sind programmiert. Die Zimmer sind in die Jahre gekommen. Müssten modernisiert werden. Der Pool ist eher eine alte Halle. Absolut nicht zu empfehlen.

Das Marine Hotel in Kolberg ist nicht zu empfehlen. Wir hatten 3 Nächte gebucht und sind nach der ersten Nacht ziemlich enttäusch wieder abgereist. 5Sterne stehen nicht nur für die Zimmergröße. Das Zimmer war unsauber und abgewohnt. Mobiliar beschädigt oder es ging gar nicht. (Nachttischlampen), des Personal an der Lobby überfordert und/ oder unhöflich. In der Lobby wurde gebaut, das Lobster Restaurant war deswegen geschlossen ( so wurde es uns beim CheckIn mitgeteilt). Im Café in der 6 Etage dauerte es von der Bestellung eines Cocktails bis zum bringen 40 Minuten und dann musst ich Bar bezahlen. Rechnung aufs Zimmer erst nach vorheriger Anmeldung an der Rezeption - auch dazu keine Information beim CheckIn. Die Parkpatzsituation ist eine Katastrophe. Als wir anreisten war lt. Rezeption sowohl das Parkhaus als auch die Außenparkplätze belegt, wir hätten ja vorher reservieren können. Alles in allem ist dieses Hotel eine große Enttäuschung und die 5 Sterne nicht wert.
