Tranquility at this place is really good. Room service could be improved Lobby is welcoming Reception staff Nandana, Muhiudeen, Aravind, Abhilash is friendly and provides good info about the resort and its activities We took the private pool villa However pool filtration system wasn't turned on while we used. Pricing could be made lower for the private villa And it could be more private Even though we enjoyed our stay. I will recommend this place to someone who loves to stay in a calm place and enjoy the tranquility vibes of the backwaters here. ✌️❤️

Absolutely loved our stay here. All the staff including the manager go out of their way to make sure your stay is perfect. Rooms are clean and the food very good and very reasonable priced. We came mainly for the spa which again is excellent. However it’s the location on the waters edge with well kept gardens that really adds to the ‘feel good factor’ I was taken out on the kayaks which is something I would highly recommend especially at dusk/sunset where you can really appreciate the beauty of where you are. The half hour boat trip included in the cost of your stay is also highly recommended. Overall highly recommend.

We spent a couple of days on our anniversary at Fragrant Nature Kollam. A special mention about the welcoming and seeing off that we received from the front office staff.. Muhiudheen, Aravindh, Amal and Sneha. Normally you don't get such individual attention at any 4 star property. It leaves an impression. Another thing to mention is the T&D undertaken by the resort for all the staff. Each and every member be it a Gardner, bar tender, retinue staff or boatman all tender a warm smile each time you cross them. This shows the level of involvement, team work and satisfaction. The breakfast was very good with a wide variety of dishes. The boat ride was ok. We played some badminton as well. Finally the villa which we booked was up to the mark. The cleanliness and luxury was impeccable. I also thank Mr Arun, Operation Manager for overseeing our stay.

Best part of the stay - Nature, Lake view, Staff, Service. Quality of the room - very good Entire property is on the lake - full of trees, garden, badminton court, pool, children play area, Spa, Gym. Provides free paddle boating. Provides various other facilities.

Staff Sneha and Aravind is so welcoming. But the overall facility is not up to the mark. Rooms are clean, average sized rooms. Complimentary breakfast is good. Boating facility is also available if required. Staffs are very polite and helpful.
