We stayed for 2 nights and absolutely loved our stay. The property is beautiful with excellent lake view rooms. Quite kid friendly property. Staff is very courteous, smiling and hospitable. Breakfast spread is good. Requests for any dishes outside menu are also accommodated. Property’s half an hour complimentary cruise is also beautiful. Kids playarea can be improvised with additional toys board games/ etc from infants toddlers point of view. Overall great location, good views and food with excellent services.

We went for our anniversary celebration to leele ravi’s and the i must say you will get more then you thought. Beaut-ambiance stay and suraj and neeraj were very good and helpful all the time. Neeraj helped us from checkin to chekout and took care of all our small needs. Boating and dinner was swamping worth to go with family

The property is lovely but because of a business conference happening at the same time the service was lacking. Rooms are decent but bathrooms are small.

Leela ashtamudi, is located at a very serene location, all amenities were good, they provide evening boat ride for the lake attached in the backyard, evening they have organized (not sure if this is there on all days) but during our stay there was a bharatnatyam performance which was again very good. Team available during our stay were very good and helped us from checkin till the details until they dropped us at the room and helped us with in room amenities details. special mention to Mr.Vineet who assisted the way possible. Coming to food, it was amazing we tried multiple options during dinner and was good. Morning breakfast was again good and consistent.

More staff is required while the hotel is running at capacity. The days the crowd was less the service was excellent but the days the hotel was full they struggled and there were massive delays in service.
