If you are planning to have a family weekend away with your kids, this might be a good place. If you just want a relaxed weekend on your own or with your partner - this is NOT the right hotel. On weekends the whole place - all public areas and the pool - feels like a kindergarten.
Rooms are very, very basic, not even a kettle available.
Breakfast is quite simple (e.g. no egg station to get an omelette, no fish), but you definitely won't stay hungry.
Sauna is open only between 4 and 9 pm.
All in all, not worth the price.

The rooms are outdated, mattrass is so old and uncomfortable seems like they are not changed from hotel opening,
Beautiful woods and nature around tho.
Spa treatments offered only after 4PM big let down as I needed to travel.
Definitely alternative accommodation next time in beautiful Kolasin.

I stayed at this hotel for a few days and overall my experience was very pleasant. The location of the hotel is very convenient, close to the city center and public transportation, so I can easily reach all parts of the city. Also, there are many restaurants and shops around the hotel, which makes it very convenient for me.
My room was very clean and comfortable, the bed was soft and the pillows were very comfortable. The room was also well equipped with tv, mini fridge and coffee maker which was very convenient for me. The bathroom is also clean with all the essentials such as shampoo, conditioner and body wash provided. Overall, the facilities in the room are very good, making me feel very comfortable and satisfied.

Está ubicado en el casco del pueblo. El edificio tiene ocho alturas, aunque las últimas tienen pocas habitaciones. El personal de recepción es relativamente amable y eficiente. Tiene varios ascensores lo que es suficiente. Los pasillos están bien iluminados y las habitación bien identificadas. La habitación para uso individual tiene unos 20m2. Tiene una distribución cómoda, pero hacía mucho calor que no habia manera de bajar. La cama eran de 1.6m y no era cómoda, era vieja, como las almohadas. La insonorización no era buena, se oía el ruido exterior e interior, pero era tranquilo. La iluminación era escasa y se podía dejar casi a oscuras. El mobiliario estaba más o menos en buen estado, aunque era viejo. La TV era de unas 40" y tenía una treintena de canales, algunos en inglés, alemán, ruso, etc El baño era incómodo, tenía bañera. Su iluminacion era muy escasa. La grifería funcionaba muy mal y las toallas eran incómodas, especialmente la de baño. El desayuno era correcto para esta categoría y era bufé. Hice las cenas tipo bufé y no eran de destacar, ademas se debía pagar la bebida aparte, aunque fuese agua. Los camareros erán poco simpáticos. La wifi funcionaba muy bien y se podían conectar varios dispositivos. En resumen, un hotel de montaña regular para la supuesta categoría que tiene.

Good place but every year instead of doing better is not happening that, in breakfast sometimes the tomatoes was not fresh and not washed. Little bit noisy at night when you try to sleep. Also i got the same coffee for 7 days i stayed there and always i was receiving a receipt with different price.

Amazing property
Amazing stay. Staff was friendly. The hotel has a great vibe and ambiance. Would highly recommend. The front desk Milena was friendly and professional she took time to show me everything .
