Cleanest and nicest hotel in this area.
Delicious buffet. And breakfast is ok.
But there was an incident that my colleague who stayed in a different room, 22:30 in the evening somebody opened his room with a card. Luckily he had his door locked.
The bad thing was that the staff kept giving excuses to not show the Camera foottage. It happened on Thursday evening, the camera was not working. Friday the IT system was down, Saturday and Sunday their staff for security and Manager were not working. Monday their staff did not work when we checked out. Excuse after excuse and promise to have it the next day.
Really bad situation.

By far best hotel in the area.
Good breakfast, friendly staff, nice pool and breakfast.
But nothing really in the area for entertainment or leisure. The hotel staff can bring you to a nearby bar/restaurant (10min drive) and thats it.
Would for sure stay here again in the future.

A truly marvellous stay.
I stayed in this hotel as it was the best one to visit my grandfathers grave in Kolar Gold Fields. The duty manager Parvin went above and beyond to organise a driver for the day to take me to buy flowers and then pick up a guide to show me KGF and help me find my grandfathers grave. When I was visiting from England. The whole experience was beyond all expectations.
We stayed in the hotel for two days enjoying the roof top pool and delicious buffets. This is a very well run hotel who treat their guests as their number one priority.

This place is pathetic!! Please DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY ON THIS HOTEL. I am posting this review while I am here. I am here for two nights, booked an executive suite (501), and we are regretting it!!They do not understand hospitality; if you ask for anything or complain, they laugh and giggle at the guest.The issues we have faced - The hotel has two televisions in the executive suite, but the management doesn't want to recharge the setup box even after multiple requests.- The housekeeping staff is impolite and does not understand bare minimum requirements. Takes forever to give water towels, etc.- When we went to the pool, we were under the assumption (based on all the good experiences we have had in the past) that there would be towels in the changing room, but guess what?? There were no towels, and when I asked for them, I was advised to go to the room and get them. My toddler was freezing, and we had to keep them in the pool until I could get the towels.- When we went to the restaurant, there were sofa tables reserved for no reason. I requested that I need a sofa table because that's where the AC was functional... For the dinner, after some conversations, we were given the table, but for breakfast today, the manager declined the request, and I had to tell him to give a place where there is proper AC. I am okay with it. He, after some unpleasant conversations, gave us a table but ruined the moments we wanted to enjoy. My husband didn't have breakfast and left. Horrible, isn't it!!- They have a gym, but they don't switch on the AC, so you really can't work out because of no ventilation.- When I narrated these issues to Rudra, who is a manager, he showed no response that was near to being concerned abouts' well-being.There are many more bad memories we have made here in a day, and I urge you all to avoid this place. Do not fall for the positive reviews.

All Great: from the spacious and well equipped room to Service in the Restaurant and Reception…Not to forstet the wonderful and friendly tech Support in the Seminar Room. I can highly recommend staying…there is no Traffic to and from the Airport. Kind people and just an amazing terrace with Pool on the rooftop.

I would like to sincerely appreciate the warm hospitality and professional behavior of your staff members, Dipshika from the front desk and Lalit from the service team. Dipshika was extremely courteous, helpful, and always greeted with a smile. She made the check-in and check-out process seamless and was always available for any queries or assistance. Her positive attitude and attention to detail reflect true professionalism and leave a lasting impression. Lalit was equally commendable with his prompt service and polite nature. Great place to stop by while in the area either for family or business visit. Yummy breakfast buffet. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Deepshika at the front desk was very welcoming and helped me with my Bengaluru visit planning.
