In general, not bad — for 1–2 nights it’s okay. The room is very humid. Everything is wet: the floors, the bed linen, the pillows, the blanket, and my things. There’s a smell of dampness and moisture. I don't like that. High noise levels. Sometimes the electricity turns off — at night, everyone from the floor went out to see what was happening. There’s no pool or restaurant at the hotel. Breakfast is available, but it wasn’t possible to have coffee at any other time — no restaurant or cafeteria at the hotel. No taxi service — only a minivan, as they told me, for 3–5 people. I give it 3 points.

Pretty much as expected - nothing more and nothing less. Breakfast was overpriced compared to what was offered.

It’s a nice hotel with nice rooms. All facilities are very good and do your stay better. Unfortunately the clean service is very bad. I asked to wash floors in my room and also on balcony, when I returned i checked: balcony was clean thank you, but the room wasn’t at all - the same stains and hairs and dust under the bed 😓 Twice during my 2 nights stay there were firs alarm in the morning at 6:00 for 30 minutes irritation noice which woke me up and didn’t make me concentrated, unfortunately the hotel didn’t do any complimentary after such case, thanks for sorry by the way, but it is not enough. Still the staff is very friendly and welcoming. Do not understand why clients couldn’t park their moto in front of the hotel 🤔 Pool on the roof top is micro small just for pigeons 😅 who like to wash there 🥲

The hotel is very clean, and the staff is friendly and helpful. However, the pool is quite small, more suited for sitting and relaxing rather than swimming. If you're looking for a place to cool off, it's fine, but don't expect to swim laps. Overall, it's a nice spot for a short stay

This place is such a great find!!! Located close to the beach but also only mini walk from town, room all renovated and huge, both pools are so pretty! Highly recommend!!!

Very good location near Chaweng beach. There is a large shopping center Samui Festival and many cafes nearby. The rooms are cozy, there is everything you need for a comfortable stay. On the roof there is a small swimming pool overlooking the mountains. The rooms are cleaned every day. Breakfast is coffee with toast and watermelon, don't count on more. I recommend the hotel, we were satisfied.

The hotel is very clean. It is located in a side street. It takes 10-15 minutes to walk to the sea, bypassing the Center Hotel and to the central beach. I would say that in terms of infrastructure it is closer to the outskirts of Chaweng. But it is not difficult to find a cafe nearby - everything is there. The rooms are in a modern style - "freshly" renovated. The balcony is very small - you can't sit on it. When checking in, there is a very strong aroma of lemongrass - it did not disappear in 2 days. The breakfast is very modest, but it was enough for us.

A good hotel on the second line in a quiet place of Chaweng on the edge. The rooms are great, there is even a small mini kitchen. But for some reason when checking in, they "upgraded" our room to a family room, which we did not ask for. We were not satisfied with this option, because the room was the same size as we booked, but the extra extra bed took up a third of the room and therefore there was no table and two chairs in the room. We tried to resolve the issue with the manager and then through trip.com. They said that there were no available rooms, as we booked. It is strange, because we made the reservation well in advance. In the end, they moved us only the next day, to a smaller room with poor lighting. Initially, we thought to extend our stay there, but after this we left on the fourth day. Breakfasts are not bad, but monotonous. Yes, and now on Samui, the first line hotels strictly monitor that outsiders do not pass through their territory, so from this hotel to the beaches either by bike or on foot, about 10 minutes to the central passage to Chaweng Beach.

The hotel is excellent, we lived on the 3rd floor, the balcony overlooked the courtyard, they gave us a family room, although we booked a 2-bed room. The room is very quiet, for us it was important. The bathroom is large and comfortable, there were no interruptions in water supply and electricity. The furniture is worn out, but not critically, bed linen is of good quality, towels are outdated. The presence of a microwave oven and a sink in the mini kitchen and cutlery is a separate plus. We went to the beach, through the Mercure Samui hotel, across the road, 300 meters and you are on the beach, the sea is not deep. We lay on their sun loungers and used the shower and toilet, there were no questions for us. Near the hotel there are a lot of cafes, massage parlors, 7 eleven, next to it is a laundry (50 baht for washing and from 50 baht for drying from 13 kg) exchange office. We did not take breakfast, we ate in the cafe and in the room. In front of the hotel, there is a parking lot, you can park a car or a bike. The pool on the 4th floor is shallow, 70 cm deep, there is also one on the 1st floor. We were satisfied with the hotel.
