Cozy bungalow right on the beach. Beautiful view. Cleaned every day.

The hotel is located on the beautiful Maenam beach with tall palm trees. Closed area, beautiful, everything is well maintained. Nice house, I had a fan, the most budget one, spent three days there, even had a view of the sea from the second line. Spacious room, there is a refrigerator, you can ask for a kettle. Nice staff. Every day cleaning, if necessary. I recommend!

I really liked the location of the villa. Right by the ocean! A fairy tale!!! The sounds of the ocean and birds are incomparable!

The nature is beautiful, the palm trees and the sea are gorgeous. But that's where the pluses end. Next to our bungalow there was a warehouse for the cleaners, where they put the trash, there are clean towels and bed linen lying on the ground. The bungalow was never cleaned, although they promised to clean it every day. They cleaned it only when we personally approached the cleaners and asked. But this cannot be called cleaning. They did not give garbage bags, the bed linen was changed once in a month!!!!! Everything in the bungalow is very old and there is an unpleasant smell. The first week we had a mouse. We told the staff about it. A young man came, chased the mouse with a stick and said that was it. But then it came back again. We had to buy a mouse trap ourselves and catch it. The water is disgusting. There is a circular sewage system on the territory of the bungalow. That is, all the water that drains into the toilet then returns back to the tap through filters... There were very noisy neighbors nearby. There was not a single quiet night for a month. Neighbors, mice, geckos that apparently crawled through cracks in the floor. Because of this experience, I have no desire to return to this place anymore.

A small hotel by the sea, with 711 just outside, a long beach, complete facilities in the cabin, a nice place. The hotel also provides dock pick-up. Very good hotel.

Very good hotel. Own green area, own beach. The beach is in the middle of the bay and clean. I went to the right along the beach, it was dirty and there were stones, here it was perfect. With children it was great. The bungalows are not old, but original, they are all more or less the same. The restaurant is gorgeous, huge with Roman columns, the food is tasty and inexpensive, you don't have to go anywhere. Go to events and back to the hotel. I highly recommend it.

Excellent beach - Maenam!!! The most excellent location of this beach is the Lolita hotel))) The center of the beach and the palm alley!!! The view is stunning!!! The sun and natural shade from the trees. We stayed in a bungalow overlooking the sea. The house is on the first line with a stunning view of the sea!!! Large terrace. You leave the room, sleep on the terrace and you are already on the beach!!!))) An amazing feeling!!! We stayed for 3 days!!! Niaz did not have to dress up in clothes))) only swimming trunks))) You open the curtains and lying on the bed enjoy the view of the sea!!!))) It is very convenient that the house has a tap with water, where you can wash your feet after coming from your "own" beach))) Within walking distance of the street with cafes and massage parlors. Nearby 7-11!!! But none of this is needed, since the hotel has its own cafe. Excellent inexpensive food. But the fact that you sit right on the sea and eat - I am ready to pay more))) I would especially like to note the owners of the hotel!!! Very attentive and responsive people!!! You can get help around the clock. They solve ALL the issues very quickly. If you want an extra towel, a kettle or your own sun lounger - PLEASE!!!))) During the day they are constantly in the cafe, within reach and always ready to communicate. One of the owners is called Hell, but despite this name it seemed to us that we visited Paradise!!!))) Of the negative points, we can note the deterioration of the room stock - everything is quite old and not modern. The lack of fresh repairs did not make our vacation bad!!! Another disadvantage is that at 9 p.m. active life ends. Everything closes and there is no one on the beach. But this is probably also good and many note it as a positive point))) Rest, relaxation, silence and the sound of the sea!!! You can superimpose this forever and remember it for a long time))) If you want such sensations - try it, relax and you will fall in love with this place!!!

A room without air conditioning is fine if it's not a hot season; in January I slept under a blanket.

We took a room without air conditioning and only came to sleep for 1 night. Great location, great beach. Without air conditioning at night it’s basically tolerable)

This hotel is really worth the price, the bungalows are a little old but the friendly owners and the location make up for it, so absolutely recommended
