Nova Samui Resort Reviews

Hotel is well located only 5 mins walk from the modern central Chaweng shopping centre and main street. It is generally quiet, however be aware that the resort next door plays loud music until 10pm (but only seems to be on the weekend). The rooms are a bit outdated but functional. Large TV with cable, kettle and A/C. The beds were rock hard. Asked staff to put a topper but it was very thin so it didn't really help. Staff were very nice and accommodating but the hotel should consider installing better mattresses. Bath also looked very worn and not completely cleaned. Didn't get to use the pool area since it was raining during my stay but it looked quite nice. Overall would stay again, if they upgraded the beds.

They don’t clean your room, only you ask them about it. No conditioner, only fan. They don’t provide a water, you should buy for 20 bath. They have a pool. Restaurant with low prices on food.

Second time staying here, and it always delivers. Will definitely stay here again. Everything is exactly what you would expect and need.

Worst for Family Stays,Irresponsible Host

I love this hotel, I'm staying there for the second time. The hotel is old, of course, but very close to everything, 10 minutes walk to Chaweng, 5 minutes to the center of Samui. Good pool, beautiful territory. Also a mega comfortable bed!

There is no elevator. It is very tiring to carry luggage up the mountain and find a room by yourself. There is no staff to take us to the room. The air conditioner is broken. We have to wait for the repairman for a very long time, 1 hour. The weather is very hot, like an oven. The swimming pool is very eye-catching. There is a lot of chlorine. Even worse, they play music by the pool very loudly. It is on since 8:00 AM. We stayed for 2 nights, walked up the mountain, hurriedly checked out and left like a survivor of a mountain climbing accident.

Good hotel in terms of price/quality. Daily cleaning, plumbing in good condition. Conveniently located, ~15 minutes walk to Chaweng Beach. Good service. Very friendly and attentive staff!

The hotel is low-priced, but the environment is OK. The location is a bit remote, but after all, the price is not high. The front desk service is also good. I arrived late on the first day and stayed in the hotel for one night.

Hotel for short stay. Nice territory. There is a small swimming pool. In the center of Chaweng. Nearby is a large shopping center. The beach is 30 minutes walk away. The staff is attentive. The airport and the pier are 15 minutes away by car.

Good service, smiling, in the room there were mosquitoes, offered to change immediately.

Extended the hotel twice. We liked everything. The staff is the best.

Everything worked out great! We were able to book excursions on site. The main street was a 10-minute walk away. The staff responded to all requests and questions! I would book again.
