The manager is really friendly and nice. I was let down on this trip. My kettle didn't work, I had no TV on the first night and the second day, and my safe had run out of battery. I was told I would have a TV up and running by the following day, I alerted them of the other two issues. Left on a tour, and when I returned by 4 pm nothing was fixed, which was disappointing. I had to get someone to resolve the problems. My door lock broke, and I could not lock it; they changed the lock and did not give me a new key. I was locked out of my hotel for hours, and at that point, I just left. I was kindly provided breakfast for 2 days. I think I should have received breakfast for the remainder of my stay. During the stay, my sink leaked. Good location, and the has a good restaurant. I was offered a lovely tea on arrival. Fridge and iron provided on request. The room is big and spacious and really comfortable. My experience was far from great, yet I will still recommend.

Good hotel

The environment and location are very good. The decoration is a little lower than in Vienna in China, and the price/performance ratio is high. If you go to 300 in Java, you will have more choices.

The room is as beautiful as the cover in the picture. The room is spacious and clean. Good location, walk across the road to the beach. and can walk to Central Samui.

Decent hotel. There is parking. We went to the beach across the road through a vacant lot. Not far from the central shopping street

The advantage of the hotel is the good renovation of the hotel, large and comfortable bed, spacious room, polite staff, good breakfast to choose from. Cons: high price for this category of hotel, lack of hot water, no water heater.
