Very nice location, great breakfast and service. Good and clean with smiley services

Ludicrously overpriced and the staff couldn’t care less about you. Paid nearly $250 usd for one night (I foolishly thought it was for two) and they tried to charge us for a bath bomb which we had used. Insane. There are far better value places on samet.

I booked 2 of the most expensive rooms, the 5k thb/night seaside deluxe room for the bathtub and nice views. Each night they had filthy water in the taps that I couldn't use to take a bath due to health risks. Had to buy water to brush teeth since they only give 2 free bottles daily. Told the staff who understood our situation and tried to follow up, but on the 3rd night, the owner told us to accept 500 thb or leave the hotel within 30 minutes. Then it was extended to 1 hr, and finally 1.5 hours after we complained it's not enough time to pack up, find a new hotel or resolve the situation with trip.com. This is a very basic beach hotel. Rooms are right next to each other, no soundproofing, there's nowhere to wash your feet from the sand and the expensive rooms are next to a bar who plays loud music past midnight every day and the hotels advice was to call the police. It was hard to sleep. There were cockroaches in the room. We asked for the eggs to be fully cooked for breakfast which they weren't upon delivery. No staff available to talk to before 8am or after 7pm as they are working at other resorts. Housekeeping only after 2pm and they drop toilet paper and water at your door earlier. There's better places on samet.

Front of Sai Kaew Beach we got beach chairs all free. Good location and comfortable Room was Clean and beauty. If u need motorbike u can get one.

It feels a bit like an ordinary homestay in China, not so clean, and the price is high compared to the conditions. But the natural environment is still very good. Breakfast is a fixed set meal, and the delivery time is booked in advance. Overall, it's average. Be careful not to let birds steal it when you put it at the door. The location of the hotel is also OK.

The hotel is right on Diamond Beach. To be exact, it should be a B&B. The environment is very good, but the service is a little bit bad, which is a bit unpleasant, but it has been resolved. I don't want to give it a bad review. For this price, it is acceptable to have such an environment! The house we stayed in was still very comfortable

I booked a family room with two 1.5-meter-long beds. The room was small, but the service was good. The hotel is right by the beach. Breakfast was delivered to the room. There were two sets of meals to choose from, which were quite rich. The waiters were very enthusiastic and full of smiles. It's close to the main street, about a 5-minute walk, and even closer from the beach. The sea view is unbeatable!

The location is great. It costs NT$100 to take the bus to the pier. You have to drag your luggage for a short distance to the destination. The staff are kind and the service is great. They will help you drag your luggage. You can have breakfast while looking at the sea outside.

The location is just amazing! The front wall is made of glass, so you can see the beautiful ocean from the sofa and the bed, and you can walk to the beach in 10 seconds. The breakfast that was brought to the room made me feel happy. The bathtub is charged, but it comes with bath bombs and candles, so you can enjoy a stylish bath time. Not a single insect appeared, and the water area was clean. If I had to say something, I would like a water tap outside to wash away the sand, and the curtains were hard to open and close, so if they improved that, it would be even better. It was a hotel I would like to stay at again.

Quiet, small and beautiful, snorkeling by the sea, great trip

It was an overnight stay, but the room was compact and had all the facilities you need. It was close to the beach and easy to walk along the beach.

I made the reservation without looking at the square meters, so I was surprised at how small the room was!! However, it has a clean white design, and the entrance is all glass (sliding door), so it feels open, which is a good thing lol The only drawback is that a little sand gets in when you enter the room💧 It's also nice that they bring breakfast to your room so you can eat it there. (Since it's the beach, I had it at the cafe right in front of it) The location is great, right in front of Sai Kaew Beach, but it's a little dark at night. If you prefer a lively atmosphere, I recommend the Grand View or the Tonsak Resort fire show...

I liked the hotel very much. The first line of the most gorgeous sea. 10 minutes walk from the pier. Breakfasts are very tasty. Beach with infrastructure. Snow-white bed linen. In general, everything is great.
