Everything is ok. We stayed for 3 days, which is enough for Hanoi. The staff is very friendly, the breakfast is ok. The hotel is in the center, you don't need a taxi to visit the attractions. There are a lot of restaurants, cafes, it is close to the lake and close to the rooftops.

Booked a city view room. When I checked in was told that they upgraded me to a city view room but need to walk up 5 floors. The one thing which bothered me the most was that there was no hot water in the shower for the first two nights (I didn’t ask the reception as read some review seems it’s normal and could manage as weather was hot. Strangely there was hot water in the shower on the third night). I think they made some attempt to refurbish it but could have done a more proper job eg some of the sockets switches look like they are going to fall out of the wall. Also Strange to also have the WiFi router next to the bed ( health concerns). Breakfast was good with adequate options. Location is wonderful walking distance to most of the places of interest.

The apartments in the picture do not correspond to reality. We had to climb to the 5th floor on foot along a narrow staircase. The room looks very tired. There is no sound insulation, you can hear everything that happens on the street from the room. There are huge problems with hot water - you have to wait 10-15 minutes for it to finally run 🙃 but it can remain barely warm :) There is no hood in the toilet... all the moisture from the shower goes into the room. The staff is very diligent, trying their best to resolve all problems. Help with luggage up to the floor, good daily cleaning. But they don't have disposable slippers - in the room there are ordinary plastic slippers that look like they're already a couple of years old. Breakfast is good. Good selection of buffet. But it’s from 6:30 to 9:30 and by 9 there’s practically nothing 🥲 Juices are heavily diluted with water

The location is excellent, but there is no elevator to the 8th floor.

Very close to the old town. But the equipment is not good. The air conditioner broke twice. Don't want to stay here anymore.

I had an terrible experience at this hotel. After traveling for 10 hours, we arrived exhausted and requested an early check-in. Initially, the reception staff assured us we would have a room ready by 11 am, which was a slight relief. However, when the time came, another staff member approached us with lame excuses and told us they couldn’t provide the room until 2 pm. As two female travelers, we asked if there was any chance of using a room to freshen up, but our multiple requests were ignored entirely. To make matters worse, the breakfast options for vegetarians were shockingly limited. We were only offered bread and butter with cold tea—nothing else. When we asked for an alternative, the staff couldn’t have cared less. The lack of care, rude attitude, and non-accommodating behavior from the staff made this stay incredibly disappointing. I would not recommend this hotel, especially if you want a comfortable and welcoming experience.

I had booked a suite in this hotel thanks to an upgrade, unfortunately the reality was very sad. the condition of the room was unsanitary, photos as proof. I asked to change rooms, I got a similar room but in better condition. Unfortunately if I don't come forward, I'm staying in a pitiful room and yet the room has been checked. I have the impression when we go through central reservations, we are allocated the least maintained rooms. Really disappointing, advice: check the status of your rental before acceptance.
