I would not recommend booking a small room without windows as I hadn't a good experience while staying in it. It's quite small, stuffy and smelly as there's no window and good conditioning system. The old AC was hardly working. There should be a free room upgrade which was mentioned by Trip. com, but I did not get anything even after asking and showing this option in the app to the hotel staff. Nevertheless I liked their breakfast, pool area and staff attitude to the customers

10/2024 - Newly renovated, clean room, quiet A/C. Staff is friendly. The bar is with many selected drinks. I would book to stay again.

Spacious room, friendly and helpful staff, decent breakfast, good soundproofing

The room is spacious and clean, the view from the window is beautiful, but at night you can hear music from the street, so it interferes with sleep a little. But the hotel is excellent, the breakfasts are delicious and varied 👌🏻

The kettle was broken so we couldn't boil water. There were few electrical outlets and they were on the side. It was quite high up next to the pillow, so it was hard to use. The shelf in the bathroom was slanted so if you put something on it, it would slide. And even if you could use the kettle, the only places to boil water were in the bathroom and next to the pillow, so you'd need to be quite creative!! It was an inconvenient room. By the way, it was a room without a window. It smelled a bit old and stinky. It was less than 1600 yen and included breakfast. For breakfast, they had grilled dishes and pho from the live kitchen, but the man who cooked it seemed reluctant so I didn't want to ask. Well, there are a lot of cheap hotels in Vietnam... I can't say that it's good value for money overall. Well, maybe it's okay? I'd rather try other hotels instead of returning. Personally, the location is good!!! Oh! And it was good that you could watch YouTube!!!

I really liked the hotel: food, service, location in the center. The pool is small, but comfortable, clean, cool. If the price of the hotel hadn't suddenly increased, we would have stayed longer. I recommend it.

This is my favorite hotel and I always stay there when I come to Nhat Trang. All the staff are smiling and very hospitable. There are many hotels in Nhat Trang, but this hotel is good value for money and has a good location.

Renovated and clean hotel. Great rooftop lounge. Friendly staff. Small selection but delicious breakfast. 20% discount at the cafe terrace on the first floor. Americano is about 30,000 VND. Great hotel that cleans the room every day.

I tried to stay for 2 nights cheaply, but it was okay. A family of 4 paid 40,000 won per night, and I used a coupon to pay even cheaper. Breakfast is provided~~It's really good for a quick meal~~It's not a place to eat until you're full, but it's really simple. There's bread, rice noodles, salad, fried rice, stew, 2 kinds of fried food, 2 kinds of stir-fried vegetables, 2 kinds of fruit, yogurt, drinks, milk, coffee, juice, and tea~~The taste is clean and clean~~There were no cockroaches, and the toilet water wasn't cool, but it's located in the city, so I went to the beach at night, took a rickshaw, saw the night market, and just walked around~~It's a busy downtown area, so it's 3 minutes from Et Hiem~~The building right next to Madam Phuong~The staff are all so kind and there's nothing to complain about~~I'm satisfied and I'm going to Champa for 2 nights~~

Nice clean hotel, convenient location in the city center, friendly staff, delicious breakfast. Rooftop pool with a beautiful view of the mountains 😍 Everything around is within walking distance: cafes, massage, pharmacies, shops.

The service quality is quite good for this segment. Free breakfast and amenities are also close and convenient. Next time if possible, I will come again.

It's in the city, so there are a lot of good restaurants nearby, and it's good for eating out. Breakfast wasn't that great...just okay. The front desk staff are friendly.

Breakfast is a bit disappointing, but it is a good hotel to stay for 0.5 nights.
