Pool area is very nice and calm, even have a little library. room is very clean and welcoming, its quiet even in the morning, the bed comfortable, towels smell very good, everyone nice and smiling and very helpful. Perfect location, close by everything u need with walking distance like bars, markets, massage, shops and really everything. Entrance is big so no noise from the road. Only minus is that the curtains are 5 cm too short but i recommend 10 out of 10 and i will come back again.

I don't claim to have the ultimate truth, if anything. The hotel is a three-star, with minimal service, no breakfast, the hotel restaurant is closed (there are plenty of cafes nearby, you won't go hungry). There is service, but it is extremely unobtrusive. In theory, there is a parking space, in practice - as luck would have it, we were lucky, Fortuner fit in. There is a swimming pool, quite clean. We lived in two different rooms, two nights not in a row, in one room the water tank tool (toilet) performed a gentle sussurando every five minutes all night, at first making you shudder. My wife dropped a gold earring in the sink (oh well, what can you do..), the owner categorically refused to call a plumber to unscrew the siphon, like your earring was washed away, don't bother me. We couldn't do it ourselves, and time was running out, two ferries ahead. For one night it will do just fine, especially if you need to be closer to the piers, as we needed.

Good day! Overall, it's not a bad hotel, but the staff is terrible. Although in my opinion, Thais are always friendly and nice people! When checking in, we were given two white towels. We stayed at the hotel for 4 nights and never once saw a beach towel. We even bought a beach cover for ourselves, but when checking out, they demanded it from us. We explained to two different people that we didn't receive a beach towel. They didn't even listen to us and almost threw us out of the hotel. They started yelling and waving their arms. In the end, they took our deposit in full and didn't return it! It's not even about the money, but about the attitude! A bad mood in the morning and for the whole day! I want to note that I very rarely write bad reviews!
