Très décevant. Accueil et ensemble du personnel très désagréable. Dès notre arrivée on nous donne une chambre dans un couloir alors qu’on a réservé vue mer. Et ensuite la chambre vue mer n’a pas de TV comme prévu, le ventilateur ne fonctionne pas, ni le coffre, la salle de bain est minuscule et le bac à douche sale. On nous dits d’attendre 10mn que le technicien arrive…au départ 3 jours après on l’attend toujours. le frigo la nuit qui fait un bruit énorme et le bruit devant la porte de la chambre a partir de 5h30. Le Pdj n’est pas terrible, les 2 personnes présentes n’ont aucun sourire, et vous arrache les tickets déjeuner des mains. La piscine est sale. Pas de bains de soleil à la plage, juste 4 contre 2 chambres en travaux (marteau piqueur a partir de 8h30 contre la terrasse du Pdj)

We did not get the room we booked at first. However we did get cheap upgrade to a great bungalow with a nice view.
The restaurant was not good at all and the breakfast service was poor.

Best price for on the beach accommodation, basic rooms but amazing location and free breakfast.. its my second time this year staying here, economical and super friendly front desk .. like a family, love it

Good location, next to the beach, has a bar, the room is not very clean. Having to walk up the building is tiring. Got a room upgrade to a sea view, beautiful view, good service staff.

Hotel is huge but ugly and dated. Room was specious. Higher level floors have a very nice view of sea on one side, and a view of hills on the other, but there was no elevator so going up and down was kind of pain. Pool was in unswimable condition. Shower-head had tiny holes, not enough for a decent shower, had to take it out. No hot water. Balcony door was broken and very difficult to operate. Disappointing overall.

The location of the hotel is good, there are shops, massage parlors, and cafes nearby, but it is far from the main action, where the Full Moon Party takes place, almost an hour by bike. The hotel itself is old, tired, the smell in the rooms is not very pleasant, musty, a bit dirty, it looks better in the photo. They tried to put us in a room with a wall view with single beds, although the reservation specified a double bed. After much arguing, we were finally moved to a room of the reserved category. I wouldn't choose this hotel for the second time!
