Забронировали на 3 ночи. Отдыхали с дочерью . Завтраки отличные . Номер огромный чистый с видом на море. Хотя бронировали самый обычный стандарт . Когда правый раз вышли на пляж было солнышко. И поразились красоте моря . Было бесподобно . Я люблю поплавать с маской и прямо возле берега я обнаружила огромное количество рыб разных мастей и цветов . Как в Египте.. у меня даже немного обгорели спина от плавания с маской . Конечно до рыбок от отеля нужно немного пройтись по пляжу . Но не страшно . Кто то пишет, что персонал неприветливый . Для нас женщины на ресепшен были достаточно милы . А бабушка на завтраках ( к сожалению забыла ее имя) просто душка . Да в округе практически нет кафе с недорогой едой . Но зато есть прекрасный итальянский ресторан прямо на берегу с совершенно потрясающей атмосферой . Покушали очень вкусно, поиграли в теннис , есть также бильярд. Если есть мопед , то проблем где поесть и куда сходить развлечься не будет совсем. Кстати мопеды в отеле недорогие . Всего 200 Батт. Вообщем резюме такое: для спокойного семейного не бекпеперского отдыха очень даже хороший отель. Мы однозначно бы сюда вернулись .

When checking in, they gave us a terrible room with a view of the utility rooms, which smelled of dampness and was dark, we went to the reception and after that they moved us to a good room with a balcony and a view of the sea. The building itself is really strange, you can get lost. If you live, then only in a room with a balcony, but there are rooms with a view of the wall. You can call a taxi at the reception, but you need to bargain. They charge 150 baht to Tons of Rock. Also 150 to Mae Hada. It takes about an hour to get to Full Moon Party on Haad Rin, there from the hotel we were taken as a group in a minivan for 200, back for 400 (not from the hotel to Songoeo). Despite the 2nd floor, there were a lot of mosquitoes. Breakfast was paid for in advance, but you can buy it on the spot. The hotel is located at the end of the beach, but the beach is small, so it is not far to 7/11 and a cafe. We vacationed in May, there was low tide, the water was knee-deep.

The pool, as already written in the reviews, was green, with frogs, mosquitoes and other creatures. When asked why the pool has not been repaired yet, they shrugged their shoulders and promised that they would do it tomorrow. But the miracle did not happen... out of the 4 nights paid, we stayed 2 and left for Haad Rin. In general, the hotel is not bad for its money, but without a pool it is just awful. The beach in this place is dirty, sewage flows from the hotels directly onto the sand, it stinks, constant low tides, you can't swim. READ reviews before booking, do not repeat our mistakes, booking without cancellation.

The staff was friendly, the location was absolutely top-notch, and the view was amazing. Overall, it was a great resort.
The shower was dirty and didn't work properly. The bathroom smelled of urine.
The air conditioning didn't work at all at first, and then it did, but you couldn't adjust it properly. The air conditioning service technician was quick and very friendly, though!
The pool wasn't enjoyable because the water had tipped over (everything was green).
The breakfast wasn't particularly good for the price.
There was no TV in the room.

The room is clean, spacious, good balcony. Breakfast is decent. Juices, tea, coffee, hot dishes! Quite a good beach, though strong low tides... but you can swim, just walk further, no corals....
We lived in a block building, but there are also detached bungalows.
There is a store on the territory, a large parking lot for bikes.

We were welcomed (or should I say unwelcome) to an extremely rude lady who struggled to find our booking for a good half an hour. We provided her with all necessary details (passports, booking numbers etc.) and did not receive even one apology for the delay in checking us in. We have since read the reviews to find our experience wasn’t at all unique! There are so many beautiful places to stay along this stretch of beach, and so I would suggest not booking here!! All the other staff were respectful and happy enough (except for the one staff member who snuck his phone around the corner to take a picture of us), however the extent of her abruptness and annoyance at us (for doing absolutely nothing wrong) definitely clouded our whole experience. She also proceeded to yell at another guest during this encounter. The building is are very strange and eerie and we had a good 5 minutes of steep stairs every time we needed to leave or return to our room. Most of our showers were cold. There was also a hole in our door which you could clearly see through - this made me very uncomfortable and I had to cover it up myself (room 1303) Overall a below average stay… go somewhere else!

A well-worn hotel in one of the best bays of Koh Phangan! The views are impressive, the reception is a separate form of art;) there is a shop, laundry, bike rental nearby - you can not go anywhere at all and spend all your time in the hotel. I recommend!

Absolutely discusting o paid for a room with a balcony and got a box room which smelt so bad I walked straight out do not fall for the beautiful pictures the pool was full of green algae the nats are out in force you wouldn’t let an animal sleep in there and free breakfast believe me I walked past the kitchen u wouldn’t eat from in there either
