Nice Location close to the beach. Good variety of bars and restaurants in that area. Clean room. There is also a Restaurant with a Pool table included in the Hotel. The bathroom is a bit small.

good location, good value for money

Booked for 3239 rubles. We got a clean little house number 13. There is a refrigerator, toilet paper and soap in the house. It will do for an overnight stay. I do not recommend it for a long term stay. For the same price you can rent a luxury hotel nearby. In general, price/quality. Do not expect much from this place.

The place itself is cool, there are many delicious cafes nearby. But! In the room for 10 days, no one came to clean, they did not bring toilet paper, in the bathroom there is some old mirror, in which you can hardly see. And also, remove everything from the road, monkeys come and do not hesitate to take everything they like.

The location is good, a little on the slope and set back. You can hear the music from Himmel and Tingtong, but it's not annoyingly loud. The restaurant serves great pizza. The staff are super friendly. The cleanliness was top notch, the facilities are OK. Sufficient for me. The price-performance ratio is definitely good. There could be a few more loungers by the pool for relaxing.

The most annoying thing is that it’s not difficult to restore basic order, wash and clean everything, but nothing gets done. But until three o’clock in the morning there was very loud music in the bar at the guest house, we couldn’t sleep. Advice to the owners: just put things in order and clean, and everything will be fine.
