We recently stayed at The Carlton, Kodaikanal for 4 days to celebrate our daughter’s 1st birthday, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was exceptional—far beyond anything we’ve experienced elsewhere. The restaurant staff (especially Mr Ravi) and all housekeeping staff were incredibly warm, attentive, and went out of their way to make our baby girl feel special. The birthday decorations and arrangements exceeded all our expectations. A highlight for us was having the Vice President, Dr. Rajkumar Raman, personally join our celebration, which made the occasion even more memorable. Every little detail was thoughtfully planned, from a beautiful welcome letter for our daughter to a birthday card signed by all the staff. These personal touches turned our stay into a lifetime memory. A special thanks to Miss Simran, whose support, kindness, and attention to detail made everything even more perfect. She truly went above and beyond for us. We can’t thank The Carlton team enough for making our daughter’s first birthday so magical. Highly recommended for anyone looking for impeccable service and unforgettable experiences!

We had the most comfortable stay at The Carlton, Kodaikanal with one of the best view from the room balcony! The property has beautiful terrace restaurant with amazing view of the lake where one can enjoy morning tea.

Great stay cannot complain about any aspects of the stay. Lovely breakfast and dinner options and the room had breathtaking views over the kodai lake.

The vacation here was perfect! The staff is super polite and extremely friendly. They make you feel at home plus all the pampering. The food is AWESOME. All the amenities are amazing. Fully hygienic. Lots of services available. Location is also just perfect. And the lake view makes you feel relaxed all the time. And all this at such a reasonable rate. I couldn’t have asked for better. I’m coming again FOR SURE!!
