All the service are excellent,only the swimming pool was the missing part int he whole otherwise all the service we can give hundred percent perfect.All enjoyed Magic shows and tambola games.Will sure visit next time. Everyone must try once

We have visited frequently at the Carlton kodaikanal as the hospitality and the location of the hotel is excellent.. special mention Mr. Anand event coordinator for his excellent service and help. Highly recommend this place. Must visit for everyone

Yay we really enjoyed a stay here rooms and foods and surrounding nature is very good and very enjoyable and my baby as really enjoyed a lot and thank you so much for your lovely service and smile ♥️🙏👍 good food and tasty food we really enjoyed to have to eat and our room is very came and we really enjoyed a stay here

As a regular customer of The Carlton, Kodaikanal, I chose to celebrate our wedding day there—and once again they surpassed my expectations! A heartfelt thank you to Simran for flawlessly coordinating every detail and making our special day truly unforgettable. The lineup of events—Tambola, a vibrant Karagattam performance, Ballon & Spring dance and a delightful Magic Show so much fun for all ages! - kept everyone entertained which was coordinated by Anand. As always, the hospitality was top-notch, and the food was absolutely amazing. The Carlton continues to be our go-to place for creating cherished memories. Highly recommended!

We love the stay here the view was fantastic from our room :) the service was on point loved the food just like home so fresh & nice! thank you to all staff members for taking care of us so swiftly no seconed call was required for any sort of service ! child’s friendly place even getting a stay for our driver was nice & hygenic like most places don’t have.

There were three of us living in a room with 2 beds. The plan was to manage 2 people on 1 bed but it simply wasn't possible. We realized in the middle of the night that one of us will have to sleep on the sofa. We called the room service which came within a minute and he turned the sofa into a proper hotel bed with blanket tucked in, in less than 10 minutes. The housekeeping staff under Mr Senrayan, have been the best part of my experience.

We came here for our honeymoon and had the best time with the services. The staffs were very accommodating with our last minute requirements. It was also my wife’s birthday and I had requested for a candlelight dinner and midnight surprise. Everything was taken care of with minute details. The ambience were well taken care of too.
