The stay was very enjoyable. Service was excellent. The food was very good. Every person responded well with wat was needed. Dining room services were excellent and credit goes to each and everyone. Totally the stay was great and I’ll recto my friends and all about Carlton stay .

The whole stay was comfortable and especially we celebrated kiss birthday joyfully. All well arranged by the staff. Hospitality at its best! This is our third time. Looking forward to have more holidays here. We came here for our honeymoon then with my first kid and now with our daughter feels like a cycle completed

The most spectacular view of Kodai lake from the entire resort. The property has a very rustic and charming feel to it, the staffs are very courteous and the food is good. We would especially like to mention Simson and Simran who made sure everything was just perfect for us. We would surely like to come back here.

we were here again after 25 years to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary. we had a great celebration 🎊🎉 from team Carlton and eas a wonderful experience. the staff celebrated our anniversary with cutting cake and decoration of table too. the food was amazing also.

We visited during the Christmas holiday and stayed in the Suite Room which was very comfortable. Each & Every Manager & Staff were Very Friendly & Supportive, everyone gave individual responses to every Guest which is a tad bit more from the other resorts (which is very great). Food is really good and everything is served at a reasonable time. The Staffs Shanmugam, Vijay, Nagaraj, Anthony and others were very Professional & Friendly. Would definitely recommend for Couple & Family Visits.

Very cooperative &polite staff.Inspite of no prior booking & a very busy weekend Mr.Simpson was very helpful in providing a room for us.The dinner & breakfast was excellent.Simran was very helpful.Mr Shankar & his team celebrated our anniversary.We thank him & his staff. All the staff very helpful & polite.Though we stayed only for one night we were very comfortable .We will definitely like to visit once again & recommend our friends to stay @ Carlton.

It's was wonderful experience because of all..Our stay at Carlton] was absolutely fantastic! The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, the rooms were spotless and comfortable, and the location was perfect for exploring the area. We especially appreciated the [simran ma'am and Roseline specific positive detail like a great breakfast buffet or beautiful pool] and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting

Ambiance was soo pleasant , I enjoyed a lot . One thing I have informed that every adjacent room are not opaque because due to the mermoring sound I couldn't sleep . One of the staff in Lobby section Atrika ,she is very polite to us. Simran - Guest related association, she
